My nurse (Dana) is always so patient and so informative. She explains everything in detail where I can understand what she’s talking about. I am never in the dark about my health. I’m also loving my diabetic supplies and my bp monitor.

I would have given a much higher review if this was given to me over a month ago. I have NOT spoken to my nurse in over a month or more because she kept scheduling the call on Mon when I am at dog training. I tried to call her several times and left messages but she kept scheduling me for the same time. I got another nurse whom scheduled me this past Fri but did not show up or call me! I had to call and finally spoke to someone.

My nurse Heather is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and adds a personal touch to make it not all a medical experience only. She asks and listens to my explanations of why i think things are abnormal or a change from my norm. She agrees or disagrees with my explanations as based on her knowledge and knowing me as well. I am very compliant about my testing because I know they are watching. My mds are pleased with the regular information. It has helped with changing my diabetic meds.

My nurse Tiffany is a doll. She answers my questions and sends educational articles for me to read.

They are always kind and patient with you. Make sure that you understand everything you need to know.

Your nurses are concerned and caring . They listen and are considerate. They make me feel valued not just some old person complaining. 2 times in March on Tuesdays and April 1, And in Feb. also

They forget sometimes to check on and view your vital or you.

Calling and checking on me seeing how I'm doing. Checking to make sure I have enough supplies.

What made my experience so great is the nurse that calls me on occasion she's excellent .knowledgeable personable and knows how to relate. That look forward to talking to Cheyenne

My nurse Caitlin always has my supplies shipped to me on time. She cares for her patients and understands my concerns. She supplies me with useful information about my diet and foods that I should eat to help lower my A1C. Since I have been working with her I have lowered my A1C from 7.9 to 5.7. This program really seems to be working for me thanks. That’s why I give you 5 stars.
