Blood glucose monitor & helpful interactions with the nurse. However, had a total failure with the company doing the blood pressure cuff. They should be replaced with a more reliable group. Total waste. This also an area of standard interest by my general practitioner.

Every time I check on the explanation of benefit provided by United, I see that you are charging for my visit to your offices, which is not right. Also, during that visit, it looks like I have seen a doctor when in fact, I only had a phone call with a nurse. Finally, from the reports I read issued by the nurse, there are some facts that aren't right or have been misinterpreted.

I had a call from a nurse last week. The supposed nurse was not very knowledgeable about diabetic issues, kept calling me “girl”. I am not a child and did not appreciate being so trendy flip. I expect professionalism in my diabetes care

I called back Roofing , my lances and test strips talk to an agent at the end story I do not know if the order is going through or not waiting for results how to run out and still don’t know if they’re coming or not

Not sure who is giving great reviews but as stated in many other reviews. Waste of money, did not get any of the care I was promised. One call week one and no other communications for the last 4 weeks. I even used the option of hold for the next available nurse. After waiting 15 minutes it said leave a message. Maybe they called you cause they didn't call me. Went as far as not taking readings for 4 days to see if someone would reach out as said when I signed up.
In my opinion this is a scam BEWARE!!!! When I cancelled it even took 4 days to get a call.

My nurses really great when we talk we have a good relationship the only problem I have is the fact that I can't get a hold of her anymore because of your new system I wish you would go back to letting me call her straight rather than going through you're answering machine and never be able to get her

All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Their dedication to their patients is remarkable. When you need answers you get them on time. When you need anything they are right there and you don't have to wait. Whatever you need is on time and you never runs out.
