I've had excellent nurses
I've had excellent nurses. I love the follow up every Thursday appointment with my nurse and I have the number to reach her. I'm able to read the nurses/ physician notes. And I love my blood pressure monitor and touch screen glucometer. The only thing is I wish the BP readings and glucometer readings would transmit to my phone.

I've been with Copilot for awhile now
I've been with Copilot for awhile now. The first person I had was great but suddenly she was replaced. My second person wasn't has good. There were times when we wouldn't speak yet she would file a report. Now with the new glucose meter I got Lindsey. She is great. Keeps the appointments and gives me good tips. She gives me the encouragement I need to keep progressing in lowering my blood sugar levels.

Excellent resource
This is an excellent resource for your care. They are quick to answer questions and send me more information on what my body is doing with both Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. I am so glad I have this additional resource to help me on this journey.
