I don’t like the new device . Very small writing on screen . I preferred I glucose monitor device

I have enjoyed being a part of CopilotIQ. My nurse really keeps up with me by calling weekly to check on me. The nurse makes sure I am alright an if I need anything. which sends emails on things they think is helpful for me such as recipes. I have told them when they check my reading and they are fine they do not need to call every week, but it works sometimes.

The scheduled phone appointments and the nurse are conflicting. You have high turnover with nurses and then you don’t call as scheduled. This is not professional.

The staff and support I have received has been outstanding. The nurses seem genuinely interested in my participation in the program.

I like Copilit IQ because it gives you weekly support with your own private nurse. They see your bg readings daily and go over that as well as your BP readings every week. If you have any questions on anything you can work with the nurse they can get other nurses involved if needed. I have enjoyed a couple on line programs they offer. It's covered by my Medicare so why not take advantage we have earned it. I will continue to work with them to keep my readings in the right area. It is a great company just helping you look out for yourself in between Dr's visits. So far I give them a 5 star rating.

They are super. They hold me accountable. They not only supply me with a blood glucose tester and free strips they also supply me with a free blood pressure device.
They call me weekly to discuss my readings and how I can do better managing my A1C and they do this all for free to me..

I liked the old equipment. I am not a fan of the new blood meter. I have trouble getting it to hold a charge so I have to keep it charging all the time. Also and this has happened to me twice, when the nurse has been promoted or just changed no one bothers to let me know. I get notices I have not kept my appointment when no one has called. Other than that, I am pretty happy with the program.

I have increased my appreciation to my nurse Iris who has guided me with what works and how the body response to nutrition and active life style. Surely my glucose level has stabilized since I signed up for CopilotIQ program which provided me an accurate glucose monitor and supplies. Now I look forward to receive a call to review my numbers and to learn what I need to focus on for the new week. Thank you!!!

They luxury off being triaged at home is phenomenal. It helps me manage my duty for both parents. Whenever I am ready the PCP has all they need to precede with plan of care .

Alexandria is good at engaging her clients.
She has provided me with information related to my health.

I member can find where I go to fill out papers. My Ortho sent my paperwork to go out and I it's no where to be found..

Prompt calls with very helpful nursing staff!

While I have had life changing events beginning March 1st and have been off a bit my nurse remains encouraging. Now, and for the next few weeks I am having work being done in my house, I am again thrown into chaos at home.

My glucometer has not worked for over a week and no one seems to care.

Hi the NP is very kind. Remind me to take the meds and check the blood pressure I sent to her. She checks in on time.

You are doing every thing in your power to keep my husband in the program and I thank you.

Not calling at scheduled times. Not calling at all. Changing scheduled times without consulting.
