Initial Review
Nurse provide helpful information on my medical issues and listens to my concerns. I like that my appointment is always on the same day and time. However, I would recommend that the appointment time is given in the time zone of the client and not provided in the eastern time zone. It can be confusing and not noted by the client.

Tuesday March 27,2023. My nurse call is at 1:50. so far she has been on time, but I know if she isn't going to be on time it's because the call somewhere before me. My nurse is good, but to the point. I know it's because she has so many patients before & after me.

My co-pilot that I have is great she did things that I never knew a person would do she made sure I had all my supplies and then I got them on time she is great and I hope that they will come to South Carolina so I can have her again. She was always polite and I loved her and she showed that she cared.
