Most effective way to manage diabetes.
Having a nurse to check on me weekly motivates me to eat the right food and the right portion. Being able to check my blood glucose is a valuable incentive to keep my numbers within targets. All of that for free!!!

My nurse Calisha is fantastic. She answers my questions patiently. She is not pushy but very encouraging. I finally feel like I have a team trying to help me get healthy.

My nurse who calls me weekly goes…
My nurse who calls me weekly goes beyond the interpretation of blood glucose and blood pressure. She gave me very helpful suggestions on other issues I brought up. This maybe an exception but it is a very needed intervention at the right time. I called her a rare perle.
