Nurses that call every 2 to 3 weeks instead of weekly and no info sitting to my doctor. I found it useless and had really hoped it was gonna help me.

Copilot is the best help I can get!
I get a call from my nurse every Thursday morning to go over my blood pressure and my diabetes numbers. She always offers good advice. Having these numbers helps me understand how I'm doing!

While I did like the service initially
While I did like the service initially, I never knew who was calling, seemed like it was a different number each call and often a different person.
When you switched over to the Biotel system, I asked a simple question which was not answered. I insisted on an answer and was terminated?
