Fiwa was very helpful and manually updated my meter readings then gave me advice on an alternative method of submitting meter readings in the future as submitting them on the My Corona portal had failed for two consecutive months resulting in serious overcharging.
Fiwa explained that the account had been updated and new credited bills would be supplied.
