I have been here on several occasions and each time the staff and students have been professional. They take time to listen to your needs and they use high quality products.

I’ve been going to CC for several years. I’ve been pleased with the results so have continued to visit. However, I’ve had issues with appointments being incorrectly booked, the practitioner I’ve booked isn’t working that day, I once visited to find I wasn’t booked in at all yet I’d paid half for the treatment! Luckily the practitioner kindly fitted in my treatment, while the caretaker was waiting to lock up - I travel quite a distance so I can’t just pop back. Practitioner’s know about the booking issues but say reception is totally separate and there’s nothing they can do- it’s unprofessional and it s a way of shutting customers down- no one is responsible.
The latest non friendly customer service is the change in client payment : Clients can no longer pay on credit card, full prior payment is required, what happens if you’re not satisfied with your treatment? Plus huge cost hikes in treatments is putting me off. I politely questioned a couple of these issues, the reply was blunt, ChatGTPed also trying to blind me with technical jargon. I’ve emailed previously and had no reply. What happened to customer service? Beware!

Cosmetic Couture is a really professional place with a genuine culture about it. I go to their model days, and what strikes me is how much respect the students seem to have for the academy and for what they're learning. They're incredibly focused on what they're doing, while being gently guided and closely supported throughout.
Because it's a busy training environment, there can be lots of people milling around, but somehow it still feels extremely professional, structured and well held. I've always felt in very capable hands there. I actually enjoy the whole experience — including my little road trip through the countryside to get there!

I ve been going to Cosmetic couture for treatments since it first opened and have always had pleasant and positive experiences. I have been twice within the last month for PLLA trio and tear trough I’m extremely happy with the results for both of these treatments and can’t praise the staff enough especially Heather and Kara thank you all!

I have been to Cosmetic Couture in Manchester for many years. So professional from the receptionist to seeing the practitioners, who make you feel relaxed, go through any of your worries and what the results can be achieved.

I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had Sculptra as a model, the trainee carrying out my treatment plan was already experienced with needles and cannula.
Highly professional and experienced practitioner Heather oversaw the treatment plan i had.
Extremely happy with the result and will return for my 2nd session late November as advised by Heather.

I have done too many treatments such as microneedling, chemical peel, co2 laser,lip and nosal filler to name a few. I loved their job and i am so happy with results. Staff were really considerate and helpful and so kind . I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

From when you’re first greeted at the door to the treatment itself- you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. You are talked through every treatment and given a full overview of aftercare. I had a wonderful experience with Cathy at Cosmetic Couture. From the thorough consultation through to the treatments, her professionalism, knowledge and reassuring manner made me feel completely comfortable. Her attention to aseptic technique and client care was evident throughout.

I had six areas of Botox and 2 ml of dermal filler, and I am delighted with the results. Cathy has beautifully rebalanced my face, enhancing my cheeks and jawline and shaping my lips with great care and precision. Her knowledge and skill are a real credit to her.

Wow! Where do I even start, I had endopulse in my jawline area today as I wanted a sharp jawline, the treatment was amazing overall and pain free! Kyle who does the endopulse was very reassuring and explained every little step to me, Kyle said the results will show around 20/30% straight away and then will progress over 8-12 week time period, however I can notice a massive difference already! I can’t thank Kyle and the whole team at Cosmetic Couture enough! Everyone was very pleasant and I am over the moon with the results, I can’t wait for my next session of endopulse already booked in!
