Bournemouth Cosy Club was buzzing Saturday lunchtime. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Hannah our server was great.

Beautiful interior in Basingstoke but burger not hot all over, but I cannot fault friendly acomadating staff. So I will give it a second chance one day.

I ate in the Cosy Club Taunton on 2/9 - salmon fishcakes - spent the entire night throwing up, terrible diarrhoea and stomach cramps that lasted hours. Contacted the company twice and as yet haven’t heard anything back from them.

Cosy club Canterbury surroundings and decor good staff very good.
The food was very poor I would recommend you go elsewhere.

We always dine at Cozy Club when we visit Portsmouth and have never had a bad experience.

When in Lincoln, we saw a Cozy Club and booked a table for 3 for an evening meal on Saturday 6th. I have delayed in writing this review as I have given the company a chance to come back to me on the feedback already provided in one of their surveys.... almost 36 hours later and not a peep despite indicating on the survey they would contact me, so here we go.....

The decor is great, the atmosphere was good. Those are the plusses.

Regarding the starters, I asked of the Halloumi sticks only to be told they did not have any, Would have been nice to have been informed this as the menu was handed to us, not when I ordered.

We ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio and when it arrived, our server poured it. One sip and we called her back and told her the wine was warm. She picked up the bottle and felt it, and looked a bit shocked and agreed it was warm - this despite her already having held the warm bottle to pour our drinks!
She took the bottle away and we expected it to be replaced with a cold one. No. Apparently they had no cold bottles of that wine so what we got back was the same warm bottle packed in ice and a glass of ice cubes to add to the wine already poured in our glass. Here, the nice thing to have done was to offer us an alternative for the same price as the Pinot Grigio but that did not happen. So warm wine it was.

Our main course came out. Two of our party had the same dish and I had a different one. Mine was fine - tasty and hot, but the other two were lukewarm at best. It was hard to attract the server's attention so the two just ate it. When our server came over mid-meal, as they do to ask how the food was, I said mine was fine and my husband said his was cold. By that time though she had already nodded and moved on. Obviously she was not really paying any attention to what we said.
When she cleared the dishes, we told her the two dishes (Rissotto) had been lukewarm at best but they were eaten because we didn't want the hassle of waiting for another serving. She was perfecting her shocked look by this time and said she would feed that back to the kitchen. However, we are not convinced it was due to the kitchen - we feel the dishes had been sitting waiting for the 3rd dish to be ready before they brought all 3 to our table at the same time. No apology really.

After the meal, I went to the loo. One hand soap dispenser had soap in it - the other did not. I consider this pretty poor given that we are all encouraged to wash our hands more often etc with Covid around. I looked at the toilet check sheet and saw the schedule was to check the loos every 2 hours...... by this time it was 7.30pm and the last time the check had been done was 2pm! That's a long time without someone checking.

We did hang around a bit to try and speak to the Maitre D who had seated us as he seemed to have some authority but he had disappeared and didn't come back in the 5 minutes we waited before leaving. Everyone else on the floor seemed to be servers who would have had no more leverage than our server who hadn't really cared what we had said already.

We paid the bill with no tip and left very disappointed to say the least, given the great experiences we have had previously in Portsmouth.

I doubt we will go back to that particular location.
I am also disappointed that Cozy Club, after sending me an online survey to complete where I gave the above feedback have not bothered to reach out to me despite indicating they would.

Not a great experience and very poor value for money.

Bar staff horrible to women.
I was there to witness the bar staff in Basingstoke laugh at my Girlfriend when an inconsiderate customer decided to push in front of her - instead of the bar staff having a back bone & serving her first they decided to laugh in her face.

Real professional Cosy Club, good job!

Having just popped in on a Friday evening for a drink or two with my partner, I've just received the most appalling service I've ever experienced in Basingstoke Cosy Club.

Usually this venue is great; staff are very friendly and even when busy - pretty attentive.
Knowing it was typically busy we took a seat in the bar area and I went to the bar to order two drinks (a G&T and a beer). There was a big group ordering cocktails ahead of me and a man to my left. After they were all served, the bar man went straight to a male who had just come to the bar.. without asking who was next. I was clearly stood there looking at him and waiting. I said excuse me please I have been waiting the longest.. to which he shrugged his shoulders and ignored me and continued to make the newcomer's drinks.
The men next to me even questioned how long I'd been stood there.. which was in fact 20 minutes! 20 whole minutes waiting for one of your bar staff to acknowledge me.
Was it men only this evening.. do you ignore women now waiting at the bar or was this just the ignorant lazy rude bar tender with dark hair and a pony tail's own attitude?

At this point in disbelief I left the bar and took my custom elsewhere. I had a drink in hand within 5 minutes of leaving at a better establishment.

I'd like to add that all of the bar area tables were filthy and full of dirty glasses.

I don't expect a very quick service when it's busy - and I was quite happy to wait, but at least have a system in place where you greet customers in order and not skip them.. for whatever reason.

I will be taking this complaint further and sharing my experience with friends and family.. making sure to avoid in future.
Appalling service. Please train your bar staff better and perhaps to be less ignorant and more inclusive.

What a wonderful visit to Cosy Club, Cardiff Bay. The staff were so attentive, happy and helpful and the food and drink were fantastic. Well done team!

Wouldn’t recommend. Booked a table at 2pm so we turned up only to be told the gas wasn’t working and had a missed call at 1:57 (really long notice) to warn us that there was a limited menu due to the gas situation. This was on a busy Saturday so everywhere else was already fully booked! Unreliable😡

Really nice decor and service, however the recent change in the menu means I never go any more after going every week. Very disappointing.

Great food and very polite staff.

FOOD POISONING - HANDLED EXTREMELY POORLY

Me and my partner went to this restaurant on 14.04.22 for our date night. I've been there before, it's a beautiful restaurant with normally great food and lovely staff.

HOWEVER last night I had the salmon Fishcakes with leek Spinach and poached egg. 20 minutes (ish) after eating my food I came over overwhelming sick with hot/cold flushes. I went to the disabled toilets and quickly through the entirety of the food back up.

I looked outside the toilets to bring this to the attention of staff and for some help. The lady said she would get a manager. Did they come? NO. I go back into the the restaurant after some time, to find my partner being asked/paying for the entirety of the meal?! I was outraged. My partner advised that the staff informed him I was being sick - not the reason.

My partner then went to find the manager, where he was told they can get a refund on what I had, but as he's currently fine they will still charge for him. Did this so called manager come and check I was OK? NO. The waitress asked "are you OK though?" When my partner my paying. I obviously said "NO" And there was no follow up to this from any member of staff. Baring in mind I had just had a meal at the restaurant - being fish and egg - and was terribly ill imminently after. Absolutely disgusting!

I have now spent the entirety of the evening/early morning feeling sick and unwell.

The completr opposite experience that you go to a restaurant for. I just hope this is a 1 of occurrence, and if it isn't, I hope people are reporting it for others safety.

My friend and I enjoyed a lovely few hours in the Cosy Club Plymouth on 4/4/22.
Ryan our waiter was polite, friendly, attentive and certainly made the lunch very enjoyable.
Food and drinks were excellent

Went to the Cosy Club, Corn Street, Bristol. Amazing interior. Nice food, I had a starter, main course & dessert, but the main course portions were very small. I had to make myself a sandwich when I got home because I was still hungry!

Celebrated my 66th at the Cosy Club Chelmsford, we all had an amazing time.
The decor, atmosphere, food and staff were all 10 out of 10 for all of us.
A special thank you to our lovely waitress Caitlin, who served us well and made shaw we all had an awesome evening.
We would all recommend the Cosy Club,and will definitely go back again.

Had a lovely Sunday breakfast at Cosy Club Chelmsford! Great place, great atmosphere and thank you Shannon for being cheery and down to earth when serving us. I am allergic to wheat and dairy and had the smashed avocado on gf toast, a huge portion and tasty and fresh ingredients! Nice to find a local place for breakfast. See you again soon.

My wife and I had a lovely lunch at Cosy Club in Lincoln yesterday. The Mushroom tart with roasted baby potatoes was superb as was the Cosy Club herb chicken sandwich. Social distancing was in place and we were well looked after by Teddy!

Had a fabulous Xmas Eve meal at Bournemouth with exceptional customer service from all staff, but particular mention to Lou who is a credit to your company.
