Cotterell & Co Reviews

The lamp that we ordered was out of stock but the company kept us informed regarding expected delivery date and offered the option of a refund. We opted to wait for our item and it arrived exactly when we were told to expect it. Full marks for customer service and very pleased with our new lamp.

beautiful lamp shade ,
excellent quality, also great customer service

Another purchase from my local store. They have great selection and can alway find something. Went to buy a light and then got lots of other ideas. Ordered a set of drawers and they delivered them yesterday. Customer service and contact great from shop amazing. Would highly recommend.

Lovely cabinet really pleased and the couriers used by cotterells are excellent really lovely would definitely use this company again if I need furniture etc

Couldn't have asked for more, we are really pleased with bedroom furniture, it's chic, designed and structured well, delivered with care, which it should be as it's the customer's money which they have invested in the furniture/furnishings, definitely recommend.

I am still waiting for my order, at the time of ordering I wasn't aware that it was a bespoke piece, it seems a little odd to be asking for a review when updates on the progress of my order are vague.

Amazing customer service. Bethany was so helpful, replied instantly to all my queries and went above and beyond. The items that I ordered came safely packaged and the quality is fantastic.

Extremely helpful with information required before ordering. Items delivered with care and the staff were very courteous. The furniture itself was in perfect condition and at much better price than other stores. No hesitation in using Cotterell & Co again. Would highly recommend.

Slow to dispatch and had to pay postage for returns. I will not be using this company again

Website says (but not very clearly) 2-3 weeks delivery. It’s now past 3 weeks from the date of my order - no apology from them, no update, nothing to show for order on 7th August!

Great customer service and fabulous product purchased, would highly recommend shopping with Cotterell & Co.

Still waiting for shades

Remarkable store have purchased from them for several years quality products & efficient friendly staff

Easy to order via the website; high quality product delivered when we expected it

Prompt delivered. No quibble refund. Very quick dealing with a faulty lampshade.
Most of all Becky, she is an absolute asset to your company

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Couldn’t have been more helpful when we had a slight issue with a delivery. Great lighting advice. Very happy to recommend.

After pricing around on the internet for a large ornamental circular mirror I came across the Cottrell & Co website which sold them at a very reasonable price indeed. The added bonus was that they had a showroom less than 15 miles from me near Newcastle Upon Tyne which I could collect. The mirror had to be ordered as it wasn't in stock but it took less than one week. When I visited the showroom to collect unfortunately the mirror was too large to fit in the car so so I agreed to collect a few days later. However, I received a call from Andy who worked on deliveries who as it happens lives not far from me and who offered to drop it off on his way home. Now that's customer service for you. I rate this company highly and won't hesitate to buy from them again. Many thanks Andy and Cotterell & Co.

Vase was as described and arrived promptly…. Very beautiful and creates an eye-turning moment every time.

Ordered 12 stunning champagne glasses, which arrived quickly and safely. Packed the best I have seen in my lifetime!

Wonderful customer service, I had a faulty item and they were happy to exchange and did so promptly. I am very happy with my order and the service overall. I will definitely be shopping with them again.
