Such speedy service, my rug travelled literally across the world and arrived in less than a week in perfect condition. Great to know I can access brands from the UK that we don’t have in Australia, and not worry about crazy delivery times or over the top fees. I’ll be back!

Amazing customer service!

Overall, it was a very good experience. Courthouse clearly values its customers and takes pride in the service it provides. I liked the product, and its price was reasonable — something I really appreciate.
Moreover, I had the chance to see that they offer good communication and responsive online support, which made the process even smoother.
The only issue was with the delivery handled by DPD. Unfortunately, the drivers seemed unwilling to carry slightly heavier parcels to the flat, often looking for ways to avoid the task rather than completing the delivery properly.
I hope Courthouse considers partnering with a more reliable delivery provider in the future to ensure their excellent service is matched by an equally dependable delivery experience.

Brilliant family company- they actually care about customers and answer emails telephone calls and messages online. Many items are in stock and so you don’t have to wait for 5, 7, 8, or 10 weeks for them to actually be supplied. Have used this company before and can highly recommend them. Fantastic selection of brands and designers but most importantly are customer focused- which is a rare thing these days. 5 star service and while I haven’t visited their showroom yet, it looks absolutely amazing and inspiring. If you’re looking for that particular sort of different or unusual, then this is definitely the company for you!

Unbelievable service. Needed wallpaper next day. WhatsApp communication was instant and fab. Very helpful. Ordered 12pm and there for 10.30am!! Super efficient invoicing also. Super helpful with recommendations for wallpaper paste and suppliers too. Thank you!!

THIS HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED HOWEVER IT REQUIRED FOR ME TO CHASE IT VIA EMAIL & PHONE CALLS TO GET IT SORTED. AS I SAID TO THE OWNER, THIS SHOULD OF BEEN A PRIORITY + IF THE ISSUE LIES WITH THE COMPANY THEN A REFUND SHOULD BE IMMEDIATE.
I ordered a £250 light 3 weeks ago. I was sent an email saying the product was not in stock and had been discontinued. They offered me the option to use money towards other products in their online store or a refund. I requested a refund.
Three weeks later I still hadn't received the refund so I chased it up this morning with an email. This afternoon I still hadn't heard back so I called them. They said they would need to speak to the owner to sort it out. Several hours later I still haven't heard back from them nor have I received my refund. I called again but it went to voice message.
I am appalled at the lack of service and the fact they seem to think it's acceptable to keek my money plus they sold an item that wasn't in stock/available.
Courthouse Interiors sort this out ASAP or I'll have no choice but to report you to Consumer Trading Standards.

The place to go for your wallpaper! We're renovating our 1929 villa in Copenhagen and needed wallpaper for a guest bathroom. Courthouse Interiors ensured swift production (they even speeded it up to deliver ahead of time to support us as we were running late). They delivered beautiful wallpaper, exactly as agreed and even at a fair price. Very friendly and attentive team. We'll definitely come back for future needs and can warmly recommend this place. Exceptional customer experiences don't grow on trees - but with Courthouse it just seems to be how they do business. Thumbs up!

i ordered a beautiful piece from courthouse at a really fair price. the order ran behind at first because the factory was shut, but the way courthouse handled it made all the difference — they were so kind, communicative, and responsive that i felt safe and reassured about my order the whole way through.

when it ran a little longer due to dpd delays, they were just as proactive: chasing it, starting investigations, and most importantly keeping me updated at every turn. they even explained what would happen if the item couldn’t be found, which really put me at ease.

in the end, my order did arrive — it’s wonderful, but honestly, the experience of working with courthouse was just as wonderful. it felt so personal. bigger companies have left me on read for weeks in similar situations, but here i felt genuinely looked after.

they’re amazing to work with and talk to, their products are great, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel totally manageable. couldn’t recommend them more.

Still waiting for second part of delivery - no updates

Effective communication, professional and efficient service.

I ordered an item back on the 19th June.
I contacted them when I had no heard anything and I was repeatedly told they were chasing their suppliers.

I checked the item on their website after this to find out they were not expecting a shipment in until 17th August; I had to contact them again for them to finally tell me this. They made no effort to keep me informed.

I recontacted them again last week 14/08 to ask if they are still expecting this item in on 19/08. I am yet to receive a response or the item.

I personally would avoid this company. My experience of their customer service is shambolic. This company has my money and I do not have the item I paid for.
I'm hoping this review means I finally get a response.

Update on 26/08
After I left this review, I finally received a response.
Now I have triple checked the confirmation email for the order I received in June and there is absolutely no mention of this item being on pre-order. If this was indeed the case, it is just another example of the poor communication and service.

I have finally received a refund two months after placing the order.
I wanted to support a smaller, family run business. I have now ordered the item from Next, who delivered the item within 2 days.

Due to flood damage, I thought I had run out of replacement wallpaper and ordered 1 roll of Zoffany wallpaper from Courthouse Interiors. I then discovered that I had a roll of the replacement wallpaper and had to cancel the order. Courthouse Interiors dealt with my cancellation quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent. I would certainly use this company again.
