Accurate size, sturdy, should last
The privacy mesh seems sturdy, the rivets are also heavy duty so I have high hopes the screening will last. The measurements were accurate to what I requested. At first I was getting emails about the progress of my order but I never received an email that my order had shipped. It just showed up one day. So I would take off half a star for that lack of communication.

I've purchased covers previously that fit really well. On this particular order there was a product fit/dimension issue. The Customer Care team were responsive, professional, and we were able to mutually resolve the scenario over a series of emails. I will definitely use Covers and All for future cover needs.

I ordered a gray custom table cover
I ordered a gray custom table cover. It was made well and fit perfectly. All these years of getting by with cheap covers from hardware stores were a waste of time. This is a quality cover. Highly recommended. I’ve now ordered matching covers for the chairs.

Excellent quality.
I have not used my order of various size panels for my fence yet. Going to do it in October. However I did order the same panels about 5 years ago for another similar project. I am extremely happy with the service and product quality. They have held up and still look brand new! Excellent company and product.

Old grumpy lady humbling apologizing
I had previously ordered covers for two chairs and matching ottomans. What I had ordered the first time was not the standard that I was used to and had written a review that reflected my dissatisfaction. Covers and All replied to my review told me that it was MY MISTAKE but were sooooo HELPFUL in changing the order to reflect the material that worked best and what I have ordered in the past. The new covers are exactly what I needed. They protect my furniture from all the outside elements and the service to rectify my error was done with professionalism and kindness. I will humbly and proudly change my view to extreme satisfaction and will shortly be placing another order to protect new furniture bought for the front porch. Thank you Covers and All for putting up with an old grumpy lady.

Product delivered as promised and meets expectations
Product delivered as promised and quality seems consistent. Covers the skylights well so measurements were done correctly. A little difficult to tighten the pull chords but that may improve as material softens. We got the medium thickness as cold weather is not an issue for use but still dark but keeps the temperature down by 3-5 degrees. Have not had a plus 25 degree day since of course so we will have to wait and see. But overall very happy with purchase.
