Over a month to ship
Product was ordered on Jun 20 with a delivery date of July 3rd. Delivery date was then revised to July 10th. After not receiving the product by July 10th I followed up with the company and was told the product was only now going through quality control. I followed up again 24 hours later to see if I would be given a different answer..which i was. Product finally delivered on Jul 21. This was not a custom order. I'm not willing to order anything else if it takes over a month to deliver an item that the company claims to be in stock and ready to ship.

Custom cover
The order process was easy, I had to phone customer service as the order was two weeks late, but that was resolved quickly and my order was delivered in two weeks. The product came as expected.
One thing that could be improved this the expiry date on the wallet points, 6 months or more would be better.

Good quality patio cushions
Good quality patio cushions. Good fabric from sunbrella. Only sat on them a few times so far. But foam seems to be holding up. Seems to bounce back. I had cushions made 5 inches thick for heavier guests to sit on.

First had to pay a shipping surcharge…
Edit June 21st: got contacted by a representative, got great support and revolved the issue. Great customer service. Would recommend their products. Thanks for all your help.
First had to pay a shipping surcharge because of the size 6’ x 36’ green privacy trap. The package was under 6 lbs and smaller than 2’x 2’. Second to get my 36’ the tarp has to be tight as a cord on a fiddle. Lastly the grommets I ordered at 12” are NOT at 12”. They vary from 12 to 13 inches, which caused missing one in the last section. My structure had to be adjusted. If you want this product, wait to receive it before starting anything.
