Great product for fair price
Great product for fair price.
Easy to order.
Bought cover for fire table & it fits perfectly and kept table dry during a rain storm
Also has drawstrings at each corner to prevent cover from blowing off.
Plan on purchasing a cover for our lounge chair.
We plan on leaving the cover on the fire table this winter so we will see how durable it is.
I update my review next Spring.

Unbelievably poor experience
Unbelievably poor experience. Placed my order at the beginning of May and they just keep on asking for new measurements. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get them to correct it properly. I’m now trying to cancel as I’m sick of going back and forth. Awful experience. Avoid if you can.

Hello Cara, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. It seems that there was a wrong assumption that the sofa set would have 3 back cushions and 3 seat cushions. However, as per the quantity selected, it would only include 1 seat cushion and 1 back cushion. Considering this, our team was sharing the mock-ups accordingly.
Our team has also tried to connect with you. However, we can understand that you do not want to go through further back and forth.
As per your request, we have cancelled the order and initiated a refund request for the same. Once approved, it will be processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, the amount may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
Moreover, we will surely consider your feedback to make the customer experience better.

Wrong size covers
I had placed an order online for lift truck covers to see if this was an option to be able to store new units outside. When we received the covers they wouldn't even go over the over head guard . I had originaly ordered in 2 covers and if they were to work then i was going to order in many more so that we could store unitds outside.

The attention to detail is excellent
The attention to detail is excellent. We made 3 different orders, with only one using the "simple" measurement guidelines and the rest using unique measurements with pictures included. In both of these instances, we had a few back & forth discussions with the designer and in each occurence, the outcomes were excellent. Now, time will tell if the covers last as long as advertised, but we feel that they will.

TV Cover
We ordered a TV cover in a material to match our deck furniture covers which we purchased a couple years ago. All the covers were custom made to our dimensions and fit very nicely. We found the TV cover was heavier material and fit better than what we could find pre-made for the same price. Give them accurate dimensions and their allowances for fit result in well fitted covers.

The covers are too big and sloppy looking and I thought the material was heavier because I order from you a few years ago. Given the price for custom I wish they fit better. I had to buy bungee cords to keep them in place.

Upon reviewing the order details, we can confirm that the cover was processed exactly as the order was submitted along with standard leeway. We can see that the fabric selected for this order was different from the fabric chosen in your 2021 order, although the previous fabric option was still available at the time of purchase. We also noted that tie-down options were not selected with this order, which is why the cover was manufactured accordingly. The fabric and specifications provided match the details mentioned on our website for the selected material. Fabric didn't match digital sample
From time of order to delivery was quick. The build quality was pretty good. The fabric didn't meet my expectations as I paid for the considerably more expensive belenos material. The digital swatch for Kashmir blue didn't look at all like what I got both in color or visual texture.
