MICHAELA STEPANKOVA Was fantastic. She was extremely patient with us as we had a couple of rooms to do. She helped with endless queries and was always very happy to help. We ended up exploring loads of options but yet went back to her very first suggestion. The store is excellent, huge range of options to see in display which was super useful. It’s not cheap, but the service we received made it feel like good value.

Very helpful service (from Melissa T.) in providing a replacement part for a 25 year old tap. Even though the order was of low value I received a quick response that resulted in the despatch of a replacement part and enabled a repair. This is the third time that a spare part has been sourced from CP Hart (junction link, shower valve and ceramic washers) and illustrates the value of buying good quality, serviceable products in the first place.

We just had a really amazing interaction with Victoria LLOYD, she was clear on what we needed, organized everything for our purchase, and made it so simple for us.

Chiswick showroom designs were slightly off but they remedied the problems. The installation is in progress so I will review again once complete. So far the first fit materials seem of decent quality

I can recommend highly CP Hart at Amersham and in particular Leyton Cheyne, one of their designers, for his exceptional help and customer service.

In 2014, when this business was known as European Bathrooms, Leyton designed two bathrooms and a cloakroom for us, which the company then installed. Subsequently CP Hart acquired the European Bathrooms business.

This year we had a problem with the floor of the wet room shower in one of the bathrooms. Water had started to get underneath the tiles and several of them had lifted. We could not find anyone who had any interest in investigating or remedying this problem.

I discovered that Leyton still worked at the Amersham business so almost as a last resort we went there to see if they could help us in some way. Clearly neither Leyton nor CP Hart had any obligation to help us as it was 11 years ago that the bathroom was installed, and in CP Hart's case it was by a different company. Nevertheless, Leyton put a great deal of effort into helping us. He contacted the manufacturer and their own technical people to identify the possible cause of the problem (which took some time), and then put us in touch with one of their approved installers who was able to undertake the remedial work.

I cannot thank and recommend Leyton and CP Hart highly enough. They had no obligation to help us yet still put considerable effort into doing so. CP Hart is clearly a premium business that can be relied on to support customers long after the initial design and installation has taken place.

Dealing with logistics on our project I have found their driver and assistant, Bastien and Grant very helpful, given plenty notice of their arrival to site, acting in a very professional manner, polite and very helpful.

My Hansgrohe shower handset came apart and I turned to CP Hart for advice. The item was just outside guarantee. I was so impressed by CP Hart team. They had records of all our purchases and raised the matter with Hansgrohe on our behalf. I didn't have to do anything. Two days later a new handset arrived at our house. I visited the Waterloo showroom twice after narrowing down my requirements from the website. The showroom is overwhelming unless you focus your preferences however the experts on site are very helpful. I then ordered all the items by telephone through Mandy who was excellent in confirming my choices and making sure the regular Bathroom companies and designers did not grab my stock and non stock ordered items before my scheduled delivery dates. Mandy managed to expedite some items so they arrived earlier than was originally proposed by the manufacturer which was a great help in ensuring there was rapid progress. I was informed of all deliveries in advance. Grant delivered early in the morning which was excellent and he was very helpful, sociable and professional.

Shivani was very helpful in the showroom and quickly helped us to find what we wanted for the two bathrooms we wanted to remodel.

Bastien and Ian were extremely efficient and helpful with the delivery.

When we walked into CPHartWilmslow we didn’t have much of an idea what we wanted. Emma was so helpful she asked all the right questions and by the time we walked out of the shop we knew we had found the exact bathroom perfect for us including tiles. There was no worries about anything. Emma was so reassuring and was in touch with us all way through to delivery and afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from here again.
