Received my order very quickly. Logo was exactly what and where I wanted it to be. Clothing feels good quality. I often have issues with the badge rubbing on my check and nipple but this was not the case with this company. Absolutely over the moon!

Everyone comments how nice my work wear is.

I will be ordering any work clothing i need from here in future.

Also staff very helpful, I had to call due to my emails not working and the issue was quickly fixed.

From beginning to end this service has been top-notch, A1, 5-Star. Ordering could not have been simpler. The customer service was on-point with excellent communications. And the product, Wow, just spot-on!! The quality of the T's, Polo's, etc is Incredible. The all weather jacket quality rivals anything you'd find on the high st. I'm actually seriously impressed.

Extra charges and refusal to refund.i ordered the bundle with free logo embroidered, but as other online reviews I recieved an extra charge for having a “complex” logo, this was quoted at £9 per item and £21 for the jacket, doubling the cost of my order. They were unwilling to discuss this so they cancelled the order. Then I was advised that I had to pay a cancellation fee and the costs of the logo work. I have since received threatening email after posting a review of this company from them. Aggressive and rude. DO NOT USE this company, crazy situation.

*** I did phone in prior to the order, my logo is my logo, I have no idea if it’s 10,000 stitches or 20,000 stitches ? You could of asked for it when I checked if you can embroider on the garments requested. I called in after the fact and have stated I’d pay something extra but not double the cost of the order, but I was told I couldn’t speak to Michael and the email was the costs. You have accepted the cancellation of the order, now all I want is my money back, you can’t refuse the refund. There has been no mention of a £6 figure until I write this review. Please please send my refund ? The orders cancelled ? I have no clothes, no order and now no money.
