DBS online experience summary
Completing such a large number of applications is an arduous task at the best of times, and even more so on the very day the new DBS legislation comes into effect. The updated requirements demand far greater due diligence and vigilance, creating heightened scrutiny and making an already complex process even more comprehensive to navigate.
Throughout all of this, communication was patient, and clear. It was grounded in integrity, and was guided with a sense of safety and steadiness that transformed what could easily have become an increasingly stressful experience into one I felt supported through with clarity and understanding. I am genuinely grateful for the care, professionalism, and reassurance provided.
