We specialise in checking and processing Basic Disclosure applications and provide support and advice specifically for the Basic Disclosure Online Application. We do not currently handle applications for Standard or Enhanced DBS checks although we may be able to advise on who you need to contact if you do require a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.

Excellent All Round Service
This is not something I have done before so needed help completing the application. Kathryn guided me through the process smoothly and efficiently. Asking me clear questions and ensuring my application went through correctly. Excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company for any future applications that are required.

I have just spoken to CRB by phone, and they explained thoroughly the situation and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on DBS checks and personal data management in general. They have completely put my mind at rest regarding the personal data they hold on me and have issued a refund. I thoroughly recommend this service for anyone with DBS requirements.
