I’ve been with Credit Sage for a year. I’ve never had a problem with them answering the phone and getting assistance. They’ve been working on my credit and removals. I paid my money for the month of August this past Friday. I was supposed to receive my update this past Monday on August 10,2026. I’ve called multiple times and can’t get anyone. I’ve also emailed them and no response. I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem, I’m disappointed at this point with them. I need answers!!

I paid $199 only to be left guessing what’s next. Complete scam do not fall for this company. They tell you pay $299 or $199 for military for a 30 day dispute and if not completed within 30 days pay another $99 for an additional 30days. When trying to call no one answers, your profile stays in dispute mode as if they are working. No one responds to emails as well.

They don’t answer the phones and they are a scam and do not help with your credit ! Report and dispute and please call your bank

After reading the 1 star reviews I’m starting to worry. I’m currently going through the same experiences as most of them. I gave them permission to run a $1 for credit check. They didn’t mission a $24.99 fee to IQ identify. When it out of my account the 1st time I called both Credit Sage and the Identify people to cancel the identity monitoring and ask for a refund for unauthorized transaction. Come the next month I’m stilled being charged, so I called again and they swore I never called to cancelled and their system didn’t show I called at all before then not to mention they also had an automatic service that allows you to cancel by pressing the cancellation option so I did that as well. So they cancelled it that time but still offered me a few other plans at a lower cost. I declined the offers basically because they still never refunded me from my previous request. As of today I still never been refunded for neither unauthorized transaction. I’m 52 days in for 4 items on my credit report and disputes are still pending for all of them. I was also told after my good amount of down payment that I will have to pay $99 for 3 months and if the items are NOT removed by then that they will extend the service for another 3 months free of charge. I’m concerned that the fact customers are saying that the service is scam and they never got the dept removed despite the cost that they paid to have their credit removed as promised by Credit Sage. I will be back to make review after my 90 days are up. The 5 star reviews does seem a lil iffy but we’ll see.

I’m sharing this based on my own experience with this company.

I asked them to dispute two incorrect charges, but they were unable to resolve the issue and told me it could take up to 3 months. I ended up fixing the problem myself through self-reporting, and it was resolved in about 8 days.

They also put me into a 3-month agreement/contract and continued charging me. I asked them to cancel my agreement, but the charges continued.

Another serious concern: I provided my debit card number to this company for the purpose of running my credit. The next morning, I noticed fraudulent activity on my card. This was the only place I had shared that card number, so I personally found the timing extremely concerning. I cannot say who was responsible, but I believe customers should be aware of what happened to me.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company. I feel I wasted my time and money, and I strongly recommend that people carefully read the agreement and consider handling credit disputes themselves before paying for a service like this.

This is my personal experience and opinion. Please do your own research before signing any contract or giving anyone your payment information.

This company is a scam with fake reviews!

Had to change my review to one star if I could it’d be zero this company is a scam. Their phone number and email doesn’t even work. Do not pay anything to this company.

Jack was super helpful , knowledgeable and very polite and courteous. Liked this experience in comparison to others, shout out to Jack for showing up and showing out. The interaction with Jack has earned my business. I will most certainly use credit sage for all credit related matters going forward

Diana M. Told me a lot of good things and was very helpful and understanding. I see a lot of mixed reviews. So let’s just hope that this is a blessing and they do what they say they will and not scam the poor trying to change their life around.

STAY AWAY. They charged me $678 for the initial fee. Then I was told I'd have another $24.99 per month fee and $90 for each additional letter they send out. Umm, hell no. SPAM AND A SCAM 100%
THEN.... I called and tried to cancel. Mind you, 2 hours after signing the agreement because I had time to read though it. The man who answered said "a refund is not possible, but we will cancel your account." Umm, excuse me? Hell no. After he "spoke to his supervisor" he returned and assured me there would be no future charges and the $678 would be refunded in 3-5 days. I will be back to write another review if it isn't returned.
Everything that they do, we can do ourselves!

The representative was very professional and smart. I really appreciated the wisdom he helped me with.
