Hello,

I had a very bad experience with this company. In fact, I started legal action against them today.
I had already paid off all of my debts. I only signed up with this company because they promised to help improve my credit score and update or remove the paid debt items from my credit report more quickly. They told me the process would take about three months.
They charged me a large upfront fee, and after that they charged me $99 every month. At the end of the three months, they asked me to pay even more money just to review my credit report.
After three months, not a single one of the five items that was supposed to be removed from my credit report had been removed. They also failed to provide the three months of free service they had promised. Instead, they continued asking me to pay additional monthly fees.
In my opinion, this company is dishonest and only wants to take people’s money. That is why I decided to take legal action against them.
My advice to everyone is this: if you want to improve your credit score, simply pay off your debts. There is no need to pay companies like this. Once your debts are paid, your credit score will improve naturally over the following months.

((((((ALERT)))))))). Ripoffs. Thiefs and. Nasty telemarketer s don't give or make any agreements. As my card was triple charged and bank said there. Under investigation. Been ,3 months and nothing reversed. RUN far CREDIT SAGE....!!!

They are Definitely Writing all of the 5 Star Reviews! Here & their BBB Ratings as well.. there's NO WAY 5 - 7 REAL Clients are taking the time to write a 5 Star Review on the exact same days! 🙄They're very careful not to say the company actually removed anything from their Credit Reports, just say this or that person was nice, they are really knowledgeable/ knew what they were doing 🙄
I just got scammed, which is messed up because they knew I had 8 days to prevent me losing my home I've been waiting to get approved for, for years! They even created a generic, useless letter that they said would allow me to keep the place, but it's as worthless as the paper it's written on! Now I don't have the money I need to pay this bill & keep my new house! 🥺😢😭 SCAMMERS!!!
Just an FYI:
They're posing online, & are misrepresenting themselves on the phone, as the actual Creditor that u owe $ to. When u hit the Call 📞 Button (underneath that Company's Google Listing) to pay them, Credit Sage somehow intercepts the call & takes your $$$ instead!

They create FAKE listings (with their own phone # listed) for ALL Creditors!
Horrible SCAMMERS!!! 😤

** They are currently under Federal investigation for their unethical, & deceptive business practices, & for misleading & outright, LYING to customers who believe they're paying payments on a bill that's affecting their credit/ ability to purchase a home!
They're such DISGUSTING & Heartless People!!! 🫢🤢🤮

I'm sure they keep doing the same thing under new Company Names, as soon as they get shutdown as well, since this 1 in particular was started in 2023! 😤

Rye, was very well knowledgeable to explain to me how to remove a dept from my credit.

April McCay was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting my credit report on the right track to be able to reach a credit score that will allow me to get a better interest rate for a home loan. She was absolutely great!!

Stay away. They pitch a good sell but don't deliver. After two and a half months they claimed to put in "the second round" of letters so I contacted the crediting agencies to find if anything had been submitted for dispute the answer was "no". Total scam

I was disputing a bill with National Grid that went to a collection agency. The agency advised that my name was listed inaccurate with several addresses, DOB etc which might turn into identity fraud. they suggested I do an accurate Infor bureau credit check etc.

April was beyond amazing! She was very informative and professional. She had answers to all my questions! She was very kind, courteous and was very patient with me in regards to my credit situation. All in all it was a very informative and pleasant experience would definitely recommend this service!7/

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This so called company is a scam and does not fulfill what they promise. The staff is never on the same page and I'm positive they pretend to be managers just to get you off the line. There is no written contract for a reason to deny a refund, and they have loops around their so called "guarantee". No I do not wish to be contacted by your sales team to see what they can do better. What I DO WANT a some type of regional, CEO, or corporate supervisor to let me know how they can make this right. Give. Me. MY .Money. Back. Zero stars. Stop wasting your time and money everyone. This is not the way to go.

I'd like to be real clear to all the public I don't like to use words such as liar but let's use embellishing I'd like to be a professional here for the last 6 weeks I have given them the money that they have asked for three times I have called in the last week's 3 or 4 times trying to get updates and every time they've had a difference excuse and as of today they want me to call somebody and then when I escalated the call I find out that they're out of business so I tell everybody the staff there to get your money is wonderful the staff there afterwards to help you are full of s*** they are the most repetitive corporation like cats they say the same thing over and over and you can tell it's so disingenuous that they must have said it a thousand times so I warn everybody I will be posting my recordings of these clowns so that everybody knows that they only do nothing but embellish but now I'll say it lie to the customers I am so sorry to have to bring this to your attention but it seems that the ignorance which is an abundance in their customer service staff with a silly phone number that they give us and the inadequate management that they have leaves you helpless and alone stay away from these individuals that are liars

$500 Paid, 90 Days Later—No Results and No Response.
I paid Credit Sage $500 after being clearly told that negative items would be removed from my credit report within 90 days. That deadline has passed, and there have been no visible results.

What’s most concerning is the lack of communication. Since the 90-day mark, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them, but I haven’t received any response. It’s very frustrating to be left without updates or accountability after making a significant payment.

Based on my experience, the service did not deliver on the timeline that was promised, and follow-up support has been extremely poor. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to proceed with caution and make sure expectations are clearly documented before paying.

I just spoke with Rosanne, she was remarkable! She gave me options and let me decide what was best for my situation. She was very informative. I would recommend to anyone.
