My friend and I were very pleased with the way we were dealt with in booking a river cruise with AMA Waterways, and are now looking forward to our trip in July.

Excellent service. Rachel knew all the details of the package she was selling. With a competitive price the deal was wrapped up and deposit paid within the hour.

Rachel Is now our dedicated agent and will track our package until we depart on our Portugal river cruise in 2026.

Very prompt action on my request for a cruise quote. Rachel contacted us by email and then phoned at the requested time. Our river cruise was booked so easily and the confirmation paperwork arrived a couple of hours later.

Great company and great prices. It is so nice to find a travel agent where someone answers the phone quickly and there aren't hundreds of options to choose before you can talk to a person. I was looked after by Rachel who was wonderful. I had lots of questions as this was our first cruise and she was very knowledgeable about the particular cruise we wanted, and had all the answers. She was not pushy, let us decide in our own time and responded quickly with the different quotes. The only problem is finding this company on internet searches as it doesn't come up easily, but when you find them, stick with them.

Rebecca was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She had been on one of the river cruises and explained clearly what to expect regarding the cabins.
We spoke several times on the phone and she was always happy and cheerful and gave advice on different cruises.
I have passed the phone number to two friends who are thinking of going on river cruises.

I booked a river cruise yesterday with Rebecca and the whole experience was a pleasure.
