Amazing service!
We returned yesterday after a wonderful 3 night stay in Athens and then a Virgin cruise around Greece and the Balkans. From our initial enquiry 18 months ago with Stella giving her ideas of what we were looking for, we have had the best customer care and I cannot praise them enough. Everything from boarding passes being printed, all of the paperwork including taxi vouchers all sent to us in a folder in date order, made everything so seamless. We have another 2 cruises booked for 2027 and 2028 and would not use any other company to book our trips. Thank you Cruise Kings!

Kerri their representative was very helpful indeed. She answered all my concerns relating to transfers and visa details. Once I had spoken to her my concern went away and we booked the holiday the same day. We have visited Toronto before so we are now looking forward to May when the holiday starts.
Never heard of this holiday company before but I would certainly recommend them in the future.

Just one last cruise …
Being in our late seventies and having done forty cruises we decided to squeeze in one more before the travel insurance got outrageously expensive.
So we contacted our go to travel agency Cruise Kings in Scotland.
We were helped by Mike Taylor with whom we discussed several options and eventually booked a Caribbean cruise with MSC Yacht Club.
Mike had a very flexible approach and tweaked the cruise and flights to our preference.

Sophie Grater is a complete legend. She really knows her stuff! If you’re going to book a cruise and you get through to her, goodness me you’re in good hands.
