Easy process, Kerri was very helpful. Communication was fabulous

I really don't understand where Cruise kings get the award winning certificate from.
Its really about customers service listening to the customers.
I one books a cruise asking say 2 nights before the cruise and 2 nights after and pick ups from every place to and from and one gets a price all set out in the quot why if you call back and book then its a problem why don't you accept that its your fault.
Remember most of your customers are elderly customers.
They loom to you has a cruise planner...do you want this would you like this and then you at cruise kings go through the cruise and say this is missing "would you like to add it " most of your complaints are about your company not listening to the customer.
Iv booked 5 cruises with your company and and 1 out of 5 really bad customer service and that has burnt my fingers.
There are plenty of cruise companies around the only reason I've booked was one lady Lisa in cruise kings who was out of this world with her customer service.
But reading the comments on here makes me sad.....

I honestly couldn’t recommend Harris highly enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, helpful and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what we wanted and tailoring our holiday to Japan perfectly to suit us.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and his knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail made the whole booking process completely stress-free. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
Thank you so much, Harris! You were absolutely brilliant! We’ll definitely be coming back to you for our future holidays. Highly recommended! 🌟

And on the same day I had a query re a flight booked for another cruise & Mollie in Product Support has also been extremely helpful . We’ve worked with Lisa Dixon many times to plan our family trips, and she is always wonderful to work with. I have anxiety about flying, and Lisa has been incredibly kind and reassuring. She always makes sure everything is properly checked and confirms our seat reservations so I know ahead of time exactly where I’ll be sitting. That extra care makes such a difference and helps me feel much more comfortable about travelling.
