CruiseKings Reviews

Your representative Debbie South has been very helpful and knowledgeable about the cruise I will be embarking on shortly. She is very caring and helpful and it has been a pleasure talking with her on several occasions. She is a credit to her company. Many thanks from Andrew Morrison

I recently booked a cruise for a party of 13 with CruiseKings. Jordan was so professional and patient. With 13 people travelling in one party Jordan organised the cruise, flights (with different airlines for outbound and return) and transfers. Jordan's knowledge was exceptional. His friendly personality and customer service is a great asset to CruiseKings.

I enjoy booking with Cruise kings because of the trust I have with Elise the agent we always contact.
Also The trust in the brand, they also move swiftly when a situation changes and the communication is always tops.

This is our third time we have booked a cruise with CruiseKings. Nothing is too much trouble and you can always get hold of someone quickly if needs be. Danni has assisted us with our recent booking, answering any questions we had. She also provided us with extremely useful pre/post stay options. We can't wait to go on our cruise.
I would highly recommend anyone thinking of cruising to give CruiseKings a call.

Carol was amazing and always comes up trumps. I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.

Easy booking and flexible flights. Bookending a cruise is a smart idea, we couldn't make the first flight time. But Stacy easily scheduled us on a flight the next day. They also went through alternative accomodation on the stay part of the package. We we're emailed or rang throughout the process.

Been in touch with Kerri a few times over the last month and she has been very helpful. I have today booked our cruise and it was plain sailing. Thank you
