This is my first year joining the CSIS…
This is my first year joining the CSIS Travel Insurance scheme. The cost is quite unbelievable- more than £200 less than anything else I have looked at, and not sure if they will continue to insure me after I am 80, whereas the CSIS does. But what really sold me was the ease of filling in the form on their website. I really think I have picked a winner.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I had a reminder that they had been unable to renew my insurance as my card had changed. A telephone call remedied all of that and the insurance was renewed immediately thank you so much.

Very easy to arrange and purchase…
Very easy to arrange and purchase holiday insurance for me and my partner through just one telephone call. I did not need to declare our health issues but just answer yes/no questions related to our health. The cost seems very reasonable too compared to other insurance companies. The person I spoke to when arranging the insurance was very friendly and helpful.

Home and Contents insurance provision.
8th July 2026. Yvonne at CSIS was very helpful and logged the fact that I relied on two hearing aids while confirming a Buildings and Contents insurance quote that was over £200 less than my current renewal offer.
This quote was previously throughly researched and emailed to me by Mandy at CSIS.

None of their 5 "as standard policies' in evidence!
After at least a 45 minute conversation with a number of several minute holds, this broker was
unable to offer me a quote! The detail of personal Information we gave on managed conditions was in depth and without opportunity to reference the healthy sratus and lifestyle of two active seniors. The questioner showed little grasp or understanding of the terminology used for defining health conditions or interpreting information around them. An experienced travel insurer would have been sensitive enough to halt the process and draw some conclusions a long time before the end of this tortuous and totally unproductive interrogation. None of the five policies they listed on Trustpilot were reached.....
