I have just taken out an annual Worldwide travel policy for myself and my husband, and was very impressed by the speed in which the application was processed and the level of communication throughout doing so. The cost was also very competitive- would 100% recommend the company.

I have found this service helpful and informative at all stages. Their travel insurance is particularly good for people like me in their seventies who struggle to get favourable terms from the so-called 'friendly' to older age customers. I have just renewed my policy which shows how pleased I am.

I also spoke to a very helpful gentleman called Lee, just to clarify a few things .

First time of using this company and I was very impressed with how easy it was to speak to someone who was very helpful and clearly knew the subject matter well. Having then input most of the application online I spoke again to a helpful assistant and was given a very competitive quote for my house insurance. Paying the premium was equally smooth and my overall rating is very pleased that I chose to contact them.

Gave me a very good quote on my car insurance after my previous insurer doubled the premium from last year despite no claim having been made. CSIS very helpful on the telephone. I am hard of hearing and the person I spoke to spoke very clearly.
I also have travel insurance with CSIS and will certainly come back for a quote when my home insurance is due.

Dealt with gentleman named Spencer ext 6976. Sorted out my problem for early renewal as proof of insurance required for cruise commencing beginning of July. Very helpful and friendly.

Well priced insurance giving good cover

Very helpful. No hard sell and very reasonably priced. Also when I wanted to increase the value of the cancellation/curtailment cover, it was quickly and easily done.

Easy online application process. Very competitive rates for NARPO members, with extensive cover giving peace of mind when traveling. Final proof will be if need to claim, hopefully I won't need to!

Dealt with both Issie an Shaun and found both to be knowledgable and professional in their interaction . Both were very pleasant and helpful in the queries raised .

Booked online easy to navigate,great world wide cover at a reasonable rate all exemptions explained .Call centre available and full contact numbers and procedures for medical treatment/emergency clearly explained. Follow up emails and documents sent by return.Excellent. Hope not to claim but if I do look for future reviews.
