Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I had an issue with my shipping address which had caused the package to be returned to sender, and not only did they fix the issue immediately, but they resent my order before the original had even arrived back with them.

Great service. Great selection of snooker cues and accessories. Speedy delivery. Best thing is free postage. Alot of snooker cues sites I visited were charging upto £26. Just ordered a cue extension. A++

Brilliant service, fast delivery, both of my taom chalks came with QR codes for verification and with all the fakes going around these days it's nice to know I have the real stuff.
