Currency Online Group Reviews

Excellent service. Did exactly what they said they would. Very friendly team. Will definitely use the team again.

I choose the currency buyback through postal service as based out in Scotland. To my surprise the process was very smooth, quick and definitely the beat rate. Highly recommended!

Favourable exchange rates compared to other providers. Excellent , professional service am
Nd the funds arrived in my bank account exactly as undertaken by COG. Well done and thank you.

This company are really excellent to deal with. Not only are the exchange rates very good but the service I received was faultless! The buyback service was also perfect - I was kept informed all along the way that my bank account would receive the buyback by a given date and this was exactly the case! COG deserve 6 stars, more than the maximum of 5 stars!

Excellent exchange rates and very pleasant, helpful staff.

Just great service, paid in bank on date

I was a bit hesitant initially, as you would sending cash to a company you found online, but I went ahead anyway! They gave clear directions from the start and kept me updated, via email, on the progress of the transaction. I received payment into my nominated bank account on the day they stated.
Excellent service throughout, found the company on Money Saving Expert and would highly recommend.

Efficient, smooth, easy, convenient, professional. Highly recommended.

The personal support I got from Kaya at COG over phone, email & especially WhatsApp was invaluable as I went through this process for the first time while juggling care for our baby. She was patient & flexible & things couldn’t have gone smoother. A huge weight off my shoulders, very highly recommended

Brilliant exchange rate. Delivered really quickly. Same when I returned the currency, received into my bank within a few days. Will definitely be using again in the future

Never using this service, I was naturally worried. However, encouraged by the reviews and the process as i understood it, I decided to 'take the risk'. And it was worth it. The rate was much better than i could get anywhere else. I had minor issue with the way I sent the envelope, and the customer service responded swiftly and to my full satisfaction. And most important: I got updates on every stage along the way, and the money was in my bank account within the time promised. So, I strongly recommend this service.

Whether buying foreign currency or selling back the unused currency, it really is a great all round, problem free service!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Went to meet the team at the Waterloo office in London. Very welcoming and professional team. I received the money a day before it was due. Will use them again. Thank you!

Needed US dollars in new and lower denomination notes for trip to Africa. Best rate provided and great comms around denomination request and delivery. Quick and easy payment process and fast delivery well in advance of when needed. Will be using CO again - highly recommend.

I'm giving a 5 star review as I don't want to discourage anyone from using a great company

Second time using the company. Offer much better rates than most other places.
Ordered and carried out bank transfer late evening, confirmation received next morning that the funds arrived and order was being completed.
Decent mix of notes and delivery made on the requested day.

What an excellent experience.
My first time using COG.
Best rates.
Super fast special delivery.
Excellent customer service and very prompt replies.
Big shout out to Mark who helped me from day one secure MXN in 50s. I am very happy with the service he provided.
I won't hesitate to use the service on my next holiday.
Highly recommended

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical and worried but everything went smoothly. Also the rate was better than other options like post office ir supermarkets.
Note that if you are sending anything iver £2500 you need to pay extra for insurance (almost 18 pounds).

Excellent service couldn’t fault it with the best exchange rates by far simple to order and fully tracked secure delivery as promised.
A great experience all round

Amazing.

I was sceptical, and a little worried about sending cash in the post.

But the money arrived in 3 working days into my account as promised.

Much better rate than anywhere else, dollars and euros sent together, pretty much the Google rate received back.
