Currency Online Group Reviews

Great customer service. I’ve exchanged currency a few times and never an issue. Highly recommend!

Excellent exchange rates and fast and convenient service

Excellent exchange rate, way better than high street, and 3 working days to pay it. Sent Wednesday, received Monday. Not cheap to send (£10+£3 insurance -- £10 insurance if £1000-£2500) but worth it for large sums. Prompt Communication by email.

Very good responsive service. Even posted Royal Mail tamper proof bags out to me. Highly recommend, much better rate than anywhere on the high street!

I had 2,000 USD that I needed to trade back for GBP. I got £1,463 (minus roughly £18 delivery) therefore net £1,445 directly into my bank account. Typical high street places were offering around £1,305 , around £140 less, or 10%! I was apprehensive about sending it through the post but all worked fine following the instructions on the website about parcel type, insurance and delivery type (which as said above, totalled around £18). Very pleasantly surprised by the experience.

First time using this company, and I am more than satisfied with the service. They've done everything they promised. No complaints from me!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the money straight to my bank account 4 working days after they received it. Very straightforward and transparent process. The company is FCS regulated which put my mind at ease in terms of it's validity. Make sure to ask Royal Mail for a free tamper-free envelope when sending your money :)

I used COG in Feb 25, got the best rate compared with all others, was speedy delivery; tried again this time in Oct 25, the best rate seems so far again. My order is in and I am waiting for it. the Web is simple to use with clear instructions. I really recommend this site. I will organise a family trip to the far east and shall let all of them know and exchange on this site.

Buying and particularly selling currency cash can be a bit of a pain. COG simply do as they promise and conduct the transaction in a straightforward, no nonsense fashion with transparent, no commission pricing/proceeds.
A relief!

Very professional, answered my email and money in my account when specified.
Very happy with the service, better rates than any on the Martin Lewis website, and so would definitely use them again.

Excellent service and money paid into my bank account within 3 days as promised.

This was a straight forward process. I made an error in the banking information that I gave and had a prompt response asking for clarification. Once I had replied my refund went ahead without any difficulties.

I have used Currency online group for approx 4 years now and never had a problem, you can see clearly what the rate of exchange is and accept it or hold on for a better rate. On my last conversion I transferred £ from my UK bank to my currency online group account exchanged the £ to USD the made a wire payment to my US bank that all happened within 3 hours I think that’s a great service, and if you help there is always someone willing to help. Thanks Kaya. David

Great service. Best exchange rate according to Money Savings Expert. Website is user-friendly and the service at the Waterloo branch was friendly and straight-forward. Highly recommended.

Crystal clear and precise instructions. Time scale fully adhered to and money transferred on time.
First time use for me and i would highly recomend especially being a bit nervous sending £450 worth of rupees in the post.

This was my first time using COG. They told me when the money would reach my account and it was spot on. Thanks very much.

I have used the company before several years ago.
I decided to use them again many years later as they were offering the best rates for Jamaican dollars and I also bought US dollars.
Ordered on Monday and they were delivered by Wednesday.

Everything was correct according to the amount I was expecting
Would recommend

Great rate, quick delivery. No hidden charges - very good service.

2nd time using this company and can't fault them, I ordered euros via bank transfer and received the next as stated. Then when I got back I used the currency buy back and again amazing rate 1.17, 3working days after receiving the cash then money was in my account, I was curious when first using this company as anyone is when cash is involved online, but take my word for it they provide a great service and the best rates, keep up the great work.
