Unprofessional service at Canary Wharf branch. I placed Click & Collect order #32647644 for €1000. I visited the branch two days in a row, and the staff explicitly promised they would prepare €100 or €200 notes for me today. When I arrived, they broke their promise and said they didn't have them. I wasted my time and travel costs due to their false promises. Very poor and unreliable service!

Easy to order on line, within 24 hours informed ready to collect ......... go and collect. Easy to use method with a good rate. Friendly staff.

I know they’re famous for good rates according to online reviews. But my experience was a little off. I prebooked my amount and went to the shop towards the closing time like 15min before. The shop was boiling without any ventilation and the doors were closed and sun shining in. The few minutes I stood inside was exactly like in a sauna. Also the staff probably was on off mode and he’s not very welcoming when I came to pick up the exchange. It’s as if I gave him a lot of work. I’ll still use them, just hopefully a better experience next time.

Generally good and efficient quick service

Booked a rate online to sell some DKK I had to get on a business trip. Rate agreed and found a branch in Epsom, not particularly close or convenient as Epsom is a nightmare with a car. Shlepped down there only to be told that the one 500 Kroner note I had was too large for them to take. The only mention of denomination on their email was that notes that were too small might not be accepted. A complete waste of time.
