Easy to order, quality curtain pole.

The pole and delivery was fine. Did you really have to send me 3 emails nagging me for a review? I would definitely not recommend your site to anyone I liked because of this intrusive policy.

Good customer service
In the last few years I've bought 8 pole kits from Curtain Pole Store. All were well priced and delivered promptly. Although the quality has been generally good, one of the kits had a manufacturing defect in one component, and another a design fault. CPS were not to blame for these failings of their suppliers, but on both occasions they reacted swiftly, effectively and without charge to replace the faulty part and provide a working solution for the design fault.

Totally over priced rubbish, very basic and bad fittings , grub screws not holding fittings well enough to use.

You ordered a low-level pole set from the Laura Ashley Mitchel range, which was 150cm and priced at £64.99. This particular item is not part of our premium range, and we regret if you found it to be expensive.
Regarding your comment about grub screws, these are only supplied with our metal pole sets. Your order would have included smaller screws designed to keep the finials and brackets in place. If these screws were not strong enough for your pole set, we would have been happy to provide longer ones.
We are truly sorry that you felt the need to rate our services on this platform before giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Good product, delivered excellently.
I was looking for a 1 piece curtain track in aluminium. All store bought options had a join.
Was a little worried ordering a flimsy bit of aluminium from the Curtain Pole Store, but they delivered it perfectly in a sturdy cardboard tube.
Fitted it today without any issue. Great to find a retailer that appreciates stocking items that suit your needs.
