Very good quality, however the pole was not the length stated and was not extendable

We ordered our curtain poles over three weeks ago: money was taken and a message was sent to say our order has been processed.
Since then we have heard nothing, despite three follow up emails.
Has this company gone out of business? Is it a scam?

Very pleased with my purchase. It is exactly as described and what I wanted. Arrived promptly.

The curtain pole arrived quickly and we were really pleased with the colour and quality. We needed to use shorter screws than the ones supplied as our pole was being fixed to a wooden baton and not directly into the wall.
The curtain pole looks amazing and has been greatly admired by friends and family. I would definitely recommend the the Company and product.

Incredible service. Firstly they were the only company (and I looked at loads) that had the right pole in the right colour and the long length I needed. Then - it arrived the pole very next day! Super fast and efficient service.

Prompt Delivery. Then I began to get frustrated with this company. Trying to call them is non existant before and after the purchase which has lead to mistakes which could have been resolved by talking to the company . The chat route is also an issue, never replied to some messages. I have now binned this and started again what a waste of money this has been

I ordered a curtain rail together with brackets and gliders a few months ago. The couriers delivered the track but not fittings. I've only checked the item now and fittings are not included. However, within hours of emailing The Curtain Pole Store they called me and said fittings were the fault of the courier and they'd re-send. I got them today. Fantastic service. They were happy to honour even tho I've had the track for months. Excellent service. Will gladly recommend this company. THANK YOU

We needed to return our items- all in perfect condition as unused. The company refused claiming we were out of the return date. Only to realise their system didn't work and we had in fact met the conditions of return. We then sent the items with their chosen currier (Tracked24) and sent proof of postage and tracking confirmation. For reasons out of our control the item has not arrived so they have threatened not to refund the item if they don't get it. It's just a disgrace. We've jumped over hoops to get this item back and they won't honour the return when their chosen currier has caused the issue. Would never EVER use this company again.

Your emails to me have been patronising and rude. You've repeatedly suggested I didn't even ask for a return when I have sent you evidence of it. You then sent threats of not honouring the return if the currier you chose didn't deliver the items. The fact that there are MANY 1 star reviews on here all about your terrible returns and terrible customer service suggests that it's a problem at your company. Manny you give the company a very bad reputation and I now have to take my complaint further to get my money back.

Edit: it’s very bizarre you have written about yourself in third person to pretend you have staff vouching for you. This is literally the strangest most unprofessional experience. I’ve replied to you and told you I’ve contacted the courier. You have the proof that the poles have been delivered but you are just refusing to pay the refund. It’s fine mate we have contacted citizens advice.

Fast delivery and excellent item but condition of parcel,was extremely poor. Both ends of box were rotten and open. How it arrived, without any bits missing, was a miracle, but as I say, item was of high quality. Just glad I've got it, all intact !!!!!
