I placed an order on 18/03/25 still waiting!!!
I placed an order on 17/03/25. I am still waiting for the order, initially lots of email exchanges about sorry item was not in stock, due xx date. Then we can’t get is there another style, then sorry your email went to junk, then some helpful discussion on best alternative, then awaiting stock. Was advised would be despatched on 2/05/25. Nothing has arrived, no communication & now no response to emails. I appreciate this is a family business and I have tried to be accommodating and supportive but all communication stopped and I have no clue what is happening.

Since posting this review I did receive a response - an immediate refund was issued, no explanation why. For me it wasn’t the waiting it was the radio silence when the curtain was clearly not despatched. It is disappointing I had to post a review to obtain a response. I was happy to wait now I feel 2 months have been wasted and I need to start all over again.

We were very sorry to learn of the significant issue concerning the bay pole you ordered. As we explained via email, we have encountered considerable difficulties with our supplier regarding this particular product.
The delivery dates provided to us have been subject to frequent changes, which has regrettably led us to suspend accepting new orders for this item.
As you may recall, we offered you an alternative, superior bay pole kit at no additional cost, but understand that this option was not suitable for your needs.
As a family-run company, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and we can assure you that we have not intentionally ignored your emails. It is possible that some correspondence may have been sent over a weekend, resulting in a response on the next working day.
Given the ongoing unreliability of our supplier's delivery schedule, which we appreciate is unacceptable for you and also for ourselves, your order has now been cancelled and a full refund processed.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this situation has caused.

Very prompt delivery of the ideal product. Due to a slightly unusual wall layout, I needed some extra items in the following days and all arrived promptly. My queries were handled efficiently and courteously. Overall this company and its products are exemplary in all regards and I shall use them whenever I need curtain poles.
