Ordered $60 product and was sent the wrong product. They tried offering me $12 refund even though the individual product was $30 plus shipping. I refused this partial refund and requested to send back what I received and they send me correct product. They refused this and offered a full refund and I send back the product. I agreed to this and then they went back saying this wasn’t an option. They are refusing to give me anything more than $12 to “save my time.” Poor customer service as they are refusing to correct the error they made.

I would give this company negative stars. I ordered my product November 17, 2025. It is January 19, 2026 and it has yet to arrive. I sent an email in December inquiring on the status of my order because it was showing it had been shipped, but no further information. Turns out they didn’t even attempt to ship it to me until AFTER that email in December. I sent another email a week ago asking for a refund. They are refusing to give a refund saying that this is due to customs issues. Do not order anything from this company. Awful customer service. I doubt I will ever get a refund or what I ordered.

I think this company is going for the record of the WORST reviews and winning!! I agree with all of the previous horrible reviews. Just avoid a purchase altogether.

Ordered flare leggings/tall. They sent the wrong item. I submitted a return claim and they offered a refund of $6, I declined, they offered $12. I asked for a return address to refund because the pants were $37. They sent 4 other emails asking for an alternative. Finally they send the return address and its in CHINA. You are expected to pay the shipping cost for their mishap in sending the wrong item. I have no use for the item sent. I can't even fit it. Images from American companies are being falsely used and they dont send the item thats displayed. Its a cheap version, yet the same price as the better quality item. This is a SCAM! Don't use company!.

I placed my order end of November to just get my order now January 14th. I opened the package and was like what are these. Nothing like the advertisement. I ordered the jelly bras size large. They dont even hold half my boob and the material is cheaply made. I'm better off getting bras at Shein or Temu. This business should close down. Horrible advertisement.

I order four bras on Dec 4th 2025, and it's now Jan 15th 2026 and still no bras. I tried to contact them, but that's impoissble.

I ordered from this company on November 2. I never received the package and they finally got back to me in January. They sent me a screenshot of a USPS tracking number and said that it was delivered. I explained to them that I never got it and if they refunded me I would order again. They said that they would refund me if I canceled the dispute that I had on my credit card. I canceled the dispute and then they refused to refund me. They email me every night saying that I got the package to return it to them.

I ordered 3 flared leggings the sent me ones that aren’t flared I also ordered 2 large jelly bras they sent me small it also took a month for them to show up horrible company and not all that great in quality

Sent leggings that were not even close to what is on the website. What a joke. Do not order from them!

I placed an order November 8,2025, and never received my order. Teack17, their bogus tracking was also fake. Contacted customer service and just got the run around. I have demanded a refund multiple times and they refuse. They also copy and paste a speech about not being a scam which obviously shows that this is a very common issue their customers are complaining about.

They don’t stay in place you have to pull them up or adjust them constantly. There is zero form for body shaping or booty lifting. It’s complete lies

I order the coloured tights. The colour was too dark for my skin tone. I asked for a return and they wouldn't. They said I could keep the item. I was out $40 USD. In the end, they gave me a refudn of $10USD. A complete joke. I do not recommend this company.

50 DAYS! I keep getting the run around from this company! NEVER received the product! I am beyond angry!

Like everyone else, I should have looked at reviews before purchasing. They sent me a skirt that had a large hole on the side of it. I paid $30 for it. I reached out to get refunded. They offered me a $3 refund and to keep the product or I could pay over $20 in shipping to return it for a full refund. I responded with how this is their defective product and I should get a full refund or free return postage. They then agreed to a $14 refund. I once again told them that's not okay.. then they offered a $20 refund, but said that's the most they would do. The company is a scam and a joke. I hope you read these reviews before you purchase from them.

I’d give no stars if I could. It’s been 3 months since I placed the order and still haven’t received it. Customer service is awful. They aren’t responding to my emails at all. Probably just got scammed completely. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered 4 bras in November and it has now been 72 DAYS with my order still “in transit.” That’s not a delay ! that’s outright ridiculous.

Customer service was useless from the start: copy-paste replies, fake reassurance, and tracking updates that never changed. And now? They’ve completely gone silent. No replies. No refund. No explanation. Just took my money and disappeared.

Any legitimate business would either deliver the product or refund the customer. This company did neither. At this point, it feels less like bad service and more like a scam operation.

If you’re thinking about ordering from this site- DON’T. You’re risking your money, your time, and your sanity. I regret ever trusting this brand and will be disputing this charge immediately.

I ordered 2 pair leggings & 1 bra for $71.00 on December 20, 2025 & I haven’t received my order yet. What do I do to get money back I spent ? I paid for it with my TD Bank card

I ordered these tights 13 weeks before Christmas for my family's Christmas photos. I ordered two pair one black for me one black for my daughter, not only did I not receive them in time but I also received the wrong color brown we had red and black Christmas dresses when I contacted the company via email I have 37 emails to prove this they not only refused to send me the black ones that I ordered after I proved to them that I ordered black not brown I sent them photos of the ones I received I sent screenshots of my order they wanted me to pay shipping to return the ones that they shipped to me and they were going to offer me 14 US dollars for my inconvenience and that doesn't even cover shipping to ship them back to China. When I refused the $14 and demanded that they shipped me the correct ones because it was their mistake was not my fault they blocked my email so I can no longer contact them and I'm stuck with these. $65 wasted and they will not even correct the problem. They are frauds their customer service is horrible their return policy does not exist you have to spend more money to ship the items back to them if they ship you the wrong ones they are a horrible company!

I would give a 0 if I could. Took forever to get my order. Once it came they already had runs in them. The quality is poor. Customer service offered me 10 00 and I could keep their crap product. In order to get my full 62 00 refund I would need to shop back and pay the large shipping fee. I will be contacting my credit card to see about a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FRIM THIS COMPANY!
