I would give a 0 if I could. Took forever to get my order. Once it came they already had runs in them. The quality is poor. Customer service offered me 10 00 and I could keep their crap product. In order to get my full 62 00 refund I would need to shop back and pay the large shipping fee. I will be contacting my credit card to see about a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FRIM THIS COMPANY!

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER!! I WISH I HAD RESEARCHED THEM PRIOR TO PLACING THIS ORDER. I place order on 11/14/25 and it’s 01/05/26 and still have not received. Tracking says not found! I’m so disappointed!!

Ordered on Nov 12. No product received and tracking is not working with the info they gave me. The last email on Dec 31 says wait 10-15 days. They previously told me to wait 7-10 days on Dec 7th. Scam. Will be following up with my CC company.

Definitely this company are scammers.
I placed an order on 12/28/26 and received an email said the order was confirmed and will be shipped within 2 business days.

On 1/2/26 I asked the status of my order, the said the order is still not ship yet because need to be tested, I don’t know what does mean with “tested”??!for me is kind a red flagI ordered 2 leggings and 1 other stuff.!

So I told them cancel my order and process my refund on 1/2/26 ,and 1/3/26 instead of canceling my order
They sent me an email saying the order can’t be cancelled because already been sent with no tracking number when did they send it how did they send it no info nothing

My discover card is showing their office in. NY however the timeline of their email I received it doesn’t seem to be in NY but outside the US

I purchased two items and I get them responding give it more time. They can’t refund because it was already shipped. They provided a tracking number that is hard to track without having to pay a fee. I have spent almost $100 for both items. I have to file a complaint with my card service and hope I receive my money back! DO NOT BUY from them.

I order from this company a month ago and still haven’t received my order no response when I emailed them a bogus tracking number please don’t buy from them

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings... the same leggings, 2 different sizes... i received 2 completely different pairs. Contacted customer service asking for a replacement pair of the wrong one... they in turn offered a $5 refund and then offered a $10 refund and asked that I pay for the shipping to return the wrong ones. Why in the heck do I have to pay to return something they sent me in error? All I want was the correct leggings... and its been days of back and forth them asking me to pay or to accept $5....

I paid $45. How is $5 or $10 even reasonable? Shipping back to then would cost me over $20!

Do not deal with this company!!! Their customer service or lack there of is awful...

Don't bother order total scam. Said my order was at the post office, low, I tracked my order and it was returned to their facility and provided them the proof and they said since they didn't recieve it that they had a loss and would only refund me half of the cost. Total scam and I don't know how they are still doing this to people. Made a fraud report

I ordered 2 items on November 13. I paid for said items. I have emailed multiple times about not receiving my order and they sent me a tracking site that wants me to PAY to view tracking! I asked for a refund and they said no! This company is nothing but scammers, Don't buy because you will NOT receive anything. I wish I had read the reviews....

Scam website. I never received the items purchased. I ordered on Nov 8th and received an email on the 14th with a bogus tracking number. Unable to get through to customer service. An expensive lesson learned.

The bra was NOTHING like advertised. It was beyond flimsy and did not/could not give me the promised support. Returning anything with this company is a joke! I will never order from them again

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been going back and forth with customer service for over a month now due to not receiving my order yet and requesting a refund that they will not give. Instead they claim they shipped out another order and gave me a new tracking number it is ridiculous! My order was close to $80 and the "manager" is offering me $10 discount! BUYER BEWARE!!!

40 days and no product. They said no refund because item shipped. I'm going to call my cc and see if they will reverse the charge. Do not but buy from this chinese scam.

I ordered 2 bras and 2 leggings 12/14/2026. I received an order number & confirmation number via email. I also received a text confirmation. I inquired about my order, and they've replied at 1:55 am that they cannot locate any order for me. I provided all my screenshots of my order. Luckily, I put this on my Discover card, and filed a fraud report. Discover immediately took my info and refunded my money. Don't be fooled! This is a scam!!!

I ordered from this company and 6 weeks later still haven't received my order. They sent me a bogus tracking tracking number. I disputed the charge with my bank and the compact responded saying they aren't shipping my order until I reverse the dispute (even though they had already said they shipped it with that bogus tracking number). They're a scam, so but buy from them.

If i could write a review and give them 0 stars I would. I have been waiting since November 13th for my leggings and I still dont have them. It keeps saying on its way. I also have sent emails and never get a response back. Starting to feel like its a scam. You can also order them off Amazon I think thats what I'm going to do.

I ordered 2 for a christmas gift for my daughter and have yet to receive them. Tracking shows they've been stuck in Georgia for about a week or more. I've requested a refund and have been denied... due they're still out for delivery 39 days late. Apparently they are a scam and I wish I'd read reviews prior to ordering. I won't let this rest!!! They need to be reported so they can not be ordered in the US and Yes they are from China!!! SCAM!

I have ordered my product that was about $50-$55. I have order this items on November 14. It has been over a month and a few weeks and still have not receive my package. I have emailed costumer support 3 times and was Given the run around wand given multiple tracking numbers which expires. You would need to email for another tracking number. I asked for a full refund and still no response. This is a scam. You’re better ordering it on Amazon at least you get your product in the next few days. F-curve baby
