I waited almost a month to receive these leggings and paid about $53 including tax and shipping. I ordered the black/tan leggings with the thick control waistband and scrunch butt, but instead I received plain tan/brown leggings with no thick waistband and a simple V seam in the back. I contacted the company to explain the issue, and their response was, “We are willing to refund you $9 as compensation, and you can keep the product.” $9?! And to keep an item I never ordered and would never wear. This company is a complete scam. Don’t be naive and waste your money ordering from this so-called business.

0 stars if I could! Ordered something, took over a month to get and all tracking info they sent showed there was no such tracking and then once I got my product it was NOTHING like what I ordered. They want to refund me $12 when I paid $35 and said I can return but have to PAY TO RETURN. SCAM!!

Awful. I’ve been waiting over a month and given multiple tracking numbers and have asked for a refund with no resolution.

I ordered in the beginning of November after my Instagram feed was flooded with ads for the fleece lined tights. It’s been more than a full month and the package never arrived. I have reached out to customer service multiple times. They gave the runaround and 3 times have provided me with different tracking numbers claiming it was an error and as another reviewer said they insist the package is on the way but it never seems to clear customs in the tracking links. I demanded they cancel my order and route the product back to themselves and they refused to honor a refund because “I may love the product like thousands of other women have once it arrives”. It’s a total scam and they got $50 out of me. I reported to my bank and they will investigate as well but don’t waste your time or money. I hope they get sued. It pisses me off that people are out there getting away this crap.

Took a MONTH to even send the item. I not even got yet. Sent emails and they sent a automated message. Scam.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still says in transit. I contacted customer service thru email and they keep saying it’s coming but when I check tracking it’s a bogus number that’s gives no info. Customer service insists that it’s on the way but can’t tell me an ETA. I’ve since contacted my bank and they are investigating. Company is very much fraudulent. Don’t waste your time or money. Scammer indeed.

I was sent 2 different pair the black have the support and cinched butt, nylon and spandex, the other pair are polyester made in China, like that's not good for business.

Well I’m not smart in checking this site for reviews from this awful company before trying another brand company! Definitely a scam. Glad I’m only out $30 but w the fact that I’m on a tight budget, that is $30 less dollars for food or gas in the tank!!! They know they’ve got people from another country by the balls! People and companies like this make it hard for the legitimate companies who have great products! Back to Forest for me. Yes another company from China but they stand by their products! Be careful out there people!

I placed my order for 4 pairs of fleece lined tights on November 14th. One month later, the tracking number shows it has not even been shipped out yet. They don't reply to my emails. I guess I'm out the $88 I spent. My bank won't refund bcuz I initiated it so it's not a fraudulent charge.

Curve Baby is an absolute joke of a company.
I placed an order for two pairs of fleece-lined leggings on 11/8. They didn’t ship my order until 11/19, which is completely unacceptable on its own. When I contacted customer service, I was told I’d receive my order 10–15 days after shipping. That timeframe has come and gone, and I still have NOTHING.
Instead of taking responsibility, Curve Baby did everything possible to dodge it. They refused to investigate the shipping company, refused to issue a refund, and insultingly offered me a $5 refund for an order I never received. Offering pocket change instead of a real solution is beyond unprofessional.
This company clearly does not stand behind their products, their shipping, or their customers. Once they have your money, they don’t care if your order disappears entirely. Their customer service is dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly trained to stonewall rather than solve problems.
If you’re considering ordering from Curve Baby, don’t. You may never get your product, and when you complain, you’ll be met with excuses, refusal, and disrespect. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

What did some products from this company spend $50?It's been over a month and I still have not received my package. They provided a tracking number that does not work and refuse to give me a refund in our only offering me a seven dollar credit. I believe this company is scamming people and I would not recommend you ordering any products from this brand.

I order a pair of leggings on Oct30,2025. I paid $50 for them, today is Dec12,2025 still waiting. They gave me a Tracking number that not exist, almost 4 weeks I've been asking for answers but nothing, they said -im.sorry for your waiting but the items has been delivered already, but it wasn't true, they said also said a refund of 10 dollas is a good compensation for my waiting, but give up, I should check this kind of pages where or even the YouTube about this page .. don't waist your money.

Worst place ever to deal with. Colour and sizes wrong. When I tried to return due to THEIR mistake , they offered me 18$ when the cost was 51.98 us. Or I could mail back to China for over 60$
My fault I was cheated. I should have read their return policy- as it applies when they send the wrong items- you are stuck. This place scams you don’t deal with them. The reviews on their website were not there from real customers as I could not leave a review as they don’t offer this to customers. Hopefully karma will be in play at some point!

Pros: my order did arrive and the leggings are as advertised

Cons: sizing runs small, no response from support regarding a return (a week has passed). Also, there seems to be no way to leave a product review on their website

I placed an order with Curve Baby on November 7, 2025, and unfortunately I have yet to receive my package. The company provided a tracking number, but it turned out to be fake and completely non-functional. I reached out hoping for an update or resolution, but I still have not received my order or any helpful response.

It’s extremely disappointing to spend money and trust a business only to be met with silence and misleading information. I would advise anyone considering ordering from this company to proceed with caution. I’m still hoping they will correct this, but as of now, my experience has been very negative. I have several corresponding emails that are completely computer generated from this company.

DEFINITELY A SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!! Purchased a couple of leggings that had the “butt lift” feature band as per their website and pictures. What I received looked NOTHING like the pictures, or as described! I figured out that they stole the same pictures from another brand called - Halara! I tried to get a refund but they offered a lame refund of $18 and to keep the useless pants, or to pay for the return shipping myself back to China! Absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!

Update: Company wouldn’t give me the refund so I reported them to PayPal and got my refund.

My package has been in transit for 33 days that is unrealistic. I was told only 15 business days.

This company has provided a very unsatisfactory experience. This review is a ZEROOOOOO! I placed an order a month ago, and they provided a tracking number indicating delivery a week ago. I contacted them immediately upon receiving the delivery notification, as I had not received the item. I also inquired with my neighbors, but the item was not found. After filing a complaint, I was advised to contact USPS, but USPS does not have a record of the tracking information. I strongly caution against ordering from this company, as it appears to be a complete SCAM SCAM SCAM!

TOTAL SCAM. Do not buy this product. Even by its own sizing chart, the bras don't fit. Consumers are told that return shipping is their responsibility. I spent $75 on this product and I was offered $14 compensation. I still haven't heard back from them after this lame offer. I have notified my bank. Hopefully I can cancel payment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
