If I could give them 0 stars I would placed an order a month ago and never received it. Have contacted customer service with no response, and no items.
Very upset as this was a gift for Christmas

They are a scam. They will charge you but keep the product. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and they messed up the address. The package was returned to them. They said that they would not refund me the money and I needed to take it up with the carrier and it wasn’t there problem even though they took my money and plan to keep the product. I have contacted them many times but they are a scam and a thief.

I placed an order on November 1 from an Facebook ad (stupid decision), and it is now December 7. The order has yet to arrive, and the tracking information provided is incorrect. The shipper is listed as China Post, but they have no information. I have requested a refund and have received no response. I will be disputing with my bank.

I wish I could leave zero stars. SCAMMERS! Advertising Halara leggings, then after waiting forever they shipped cheap shit that went in the bin. After much back and forth trying to get a refund, they finally offered $10 USD (I paid $60AUD). I'm still waiting, it's been a few weeks... Don't waste your time or money. Dodgy company with shit quality products. I wish I'd read the reviews before I got scammed by them too.

I ordered directly from the website and paid $60 for two pairs of good nylon shoes that I never received, despite sending them two emails. It had no effect, so I threw them away.

I ordered two leggings in their largest sizes on 11/7/25. They did not start to prepare my order until the 13th, then about a week after, after 3 emails, they sent me the tracking. I still have not received my package, they have offered me nothing for my troubles, they just keep repeating the same thing in the emails and giving me the tracking number that I already have. No response on a refund. Total scam. I will be placing a dispute with my bank.

I ordered since 11/26/25. Downloaded shop app to get updates regarding the shipping. Contacted them 3 days after I ordered and asked them on why was there no update regarding my order or was it even in process etc. customer service got back to me 2 days after and said” be patient as we have to make sure the quality is up to your standards “. Legit got baffled about how straight forward the response was but respect since they have standards. To this day no update or email on where and when my product will arrive. Completely ignoring my emails since there is no number to call. Can’t cancel and get refund cause they won’t respond whatsoever. Do not buy or order from this website! They are legit scammers! After reading all reviews from multiple websites they have the same complaints! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I was sent the wrong size and they refused to give me a return address and only wanted to issue me a $12 refund on a $32 purchase. Definitely a scam company.

I placed order 11/10/25 fleece leggings and as of today 12/01/25 still no package. Countless emails stating package will arrive in 10-15 days. They even offer me $5 discount. SCAM straight outta China. Called my bank immediately

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. Tracking number is fake. The app for tracking keeps changing when I ask where my shipment is and never provides me an ETA.

I have asked for a refund. Waiting for a reply. In the meantime, I contacted my CC (Apple/Goldman Sacs) and reported the scam.

Wanted to try NOT to order from
Amazon. I live in a very remote area and clothes shopping is challenging. However, I will be going back to Amazon as they are reliable.

Scam! Haven’t gotten my order after almost two months. The tracking number they give is no good. SO frustrated!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

They said my package was delivered and the was no package. It's a scam no where to complain no reply to my email

So I received my package today.
Product is good. Not sure what is going on with this company but I was sent two separate links for apps to track my package. I downloaded one and it said my package was delivered when it was not . I didn't download the second one as I was assuming it was a scam. There needs to be more transparency when tracking deliveries. Changing my review from 1 to 3 stars as I did eventually receive the product and I like it.

I wouldn’t even rate curve baby with one star. I finally got by bras after 3 weeks and ordered XL and they look very Small!!! Looks nothing like the bras I ordered and definitely not the right size unless I want to pop out both sides of the bra. All I want is my money back it’s not worth the headache to try again.

I'm a 40DD and ordered Purple Wireless Full Coverage Jelly Soothing Bra in 3xl like the chart said. I placed ordered Nov.3rd and received the bra Nov 20th.

I reached out to customer service by email ( which is the only way, there of course is NO phone number) to see where my item is and why its taking so long. They got back to me the next day with tracking number.

The bra is so small, it doesn't fit around me and the cups size is way off!! My 12 year old granddaughter could wear this! The quality is very very poor. I will never order anything from them. I should of known. These advertisements from FB aren't good half the time.

So now, Im trying to get my money back of $28.34. I have emailed several times and nobody got back to me!! They got back to me on tracking when I placed the order. Now they ignore you. I'll be writing this off. NEVER EVER again I will not ordered from them!

I recommend to stay away and do not buy anything from this company!!

Sizing is way off, size chart needs to be updated/re-vamped to meet US guidelines. Also, I made an almost $30 purchase and was only offered $4 refund and to keep the product which I cannot use...
