Respectfully, I ordered this for my son in law as a Father’s Day gift from our grands. Received on Friday, the quality is poor, very disappointing, it’s a cheap plastic small plate, definitely not a platter. the box it was shipped in was crushed, the plate was not even bubble wrapped for protection just loose inside the box. The add is not an accurate representation of the product. 👎🏻

I really like the picture itself
I really like the picture itself, I think it's great that you can do something like this.
But I am very disappointed of the name on the baseball cap, It should say YME not TME... otherwise it's great. Can you fix this? That day my grandson hit a grandslam in the tournament and the next at bat he hit a 2 run homer. I want him to always have this to remind him of his high school career..

The customization was pretty but the quality of the item that came is so cheap and that of dollar store plastic. It cannot be used as an actual grilling plate for my husband for Father’s Day. I am so upset and beyond disappointed. It’s cheap and tacky. A waste of money.

Plate is half the size as advertised. It’s the size of a normal dinner
Plate if not smaller. Should not be advertised as “platter”. Def misleading and I wouldn’t have bought.

Bought a "Grill Platter"
Bought a "Grill Platter". Received it and it's crap! It is cheap plastic that comes with instructions not to put hot food on it! Its a grill platter!! I reached out to customer service who offered nothing more than basically telling me it's for decorative use and they hope I enjoy it!? I asked for a full refund. That request was not addressed despite their website stating "Shop with confidence - every order is backed by free replacement or refund support." I have now sent screenshots of their own website regarding the item description which presents as an actual useful item (not decorative) and their refund statement. I haven't heard anything back yet. Buy from this company with EXTREME caution!!
