Got exactly what I ordered. Delivery was 6 days, not the 3 quoted but that was probably down to the Post Office, not Cutwel. Overall, well pleased.

All Items I required were in stock - used Standard DPD and arrived at 1pm. I use my Cutwel account 'My Lists' to detail all the non urgent parts to be added to my next order so not to forget anything.

Great sales support if you aren't sure what you need.

Customer service could be better
Purchased a digital caliper. Delivered on time but on inspection the caliper didn’t work as it was delivered with a flat battery. They acknowledged the item should not have been delivered with the flat battery, but didn’t offer to pay for the new battery

I’m really sorry about this – it’s not what you should’ve received, and I completely understand why you’re frustrated. You expect a caliper to work straight out of the box, and we’ve let you down there. That’s on us.
To make it right, I’ll pop two fresh batteries in the post today, free of charge, so you’re sorted without any extra cost or hassle. We’ll also be tightening up our checks so this doesn’t happen again.
