I’ve been really impressed with the help and support I received from Cynergy Bank throughout my refinance. The whole process was handled professionally, and the team were friendly, approachable and always willing to explain things whenever I had questions.

A special mention to Sukhjeevan and Freddie, who were fantastic throughout the process. They kept me regularly informed, were always available when I needed help, and made sure my queries were dealt with promptly and thoroughly. Their communication and support made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Cynergy Bank, and I’m particularly grateful to Sukhjeevan and Freddie for their help and professionalism. I would be very happy to recommend Cynergy Bank to anyone looking for a bank that provides excellent support throughout the refinancing process.

Managing account/s has become much easier over the years & also very easy to open a new account once you have an existing account in place. Customer services also very helpful, highly recommend.

Cynergy have a very good easy to navigate app. I sometimes worry in a changing digital world but everything runs smoothly and is well planned out. I would recommend.

I started to try and open a business saving account with Cynergy 7 weeks ago, and it still isn't open. No one responds to emails (3 so far and counting). I'm giving up and going elsewhere.

I responded immediately to their response below but still haven't heard from them. I also haven't had the call back I was promised within 24 hours.

EASY TO SWAP TO A HIGHER INTEREST BEARING INSTRUMENT. It would be nice though if you could alert savers to a new instrument becoming available with a higher rate .

closed my easy access account and expected my balance to arrive the following day, two days later, nothing. Tried to call, they are extremely busy, left request for return call. Nothing. What happened to my money? I saw someone on google review having similar issue. Something wrong with Cynergy Bank?
I had sent a secure message to Cynergy via my account on 25th Sep and still waiting for a reply. Today is 28th and still no money nor reply though they reply here to my review, why don't they just reply to my secure message?

Ben from Cynergy Bank was brilliant and patient as he talked me through the options of my online Savers Notice account. Which I have never held before and just needed to talk through and clarify the decision I was about to make . Cynergy Bank is great for online banking it is easy to use and when needed provides that personal touch

A long wait to get through to an advisor but once connected they were very helpful
