A+ for the staff member - that rare thing, a human being - Lesley who was brilliant in helping me navigate a mandatory online only instruction for my maturing investment. He was excellent, knowledgable but even he hit inexplicable problems while helping me navigate online. So I have to emphasize that the website gets a big F for failure. Consequently, it was difficult to decide on how many stars to give. If it wasn't for Lesley it would have got zero stars.

Phone advice quick and helpful, resolved my issues straight away.

I have been a customer of Cynergy bank for several years now. What I can say is 3 things:
- rates are very competitive
- range of products is not vast, yet "just right" for my profile
- opening an account is super easy
- mobile app is very good

I opened a Cahoot account at the same time as Cynergy. What a nightmare! I still can’t access my money now. Cynergy was, quick, easy and painless. What a difference - would definitely recommend.

I found the process of opening a new account completely straightforward and issue free. I have been with Cynergy Bank for some time now, so this was as expected.

Simple logical secure process that enabled the new account to be opened quickly.

I always find Cynergy so easy to deal with. Opening an account is simple, rates are good and should they be needed the customer service staff are really helpful, speaking in clear English and easy to understand.

As the title of the review says it has a
fast no stress and an easy to use app.
The interest rate is very attractive.
It is easily the best savings account I have used over the years.

Very straightforward to set up an account online. Easy app. No issues at all and so far so good and would recommend - especially with the 4.55% one year rate of interest.

It is great that they leave your login credentials intact and working, even after you have closed your last account.
But if you're attracted by another offering and check back in to avail yourself, the internal site facilities do not work.
You have to approach the bank again as a complete outsider to do so. Which is a little cumbersome if you already have working login creds.
However, once accepted, they do give you your own old ID back to carry on as usual.

I'm now treading cautiously with this bank.

I tried to open a Business Saver account, as a brand new customer - 10 days ago - I still know nothing, my application is still in review.
I've had one automated email to thank me for my enquiry as to what's happening, and they'll be in touch.

I assumed naively that opening an account would be a same-day affair.

Looking at other bank options now.
