Upon discussing various investment options with Kris, I invested a lump sum for 12 months, for a fixed % return. The interest was paid to me earlier than we had agreed, and as an added bonus, my funds were returned prior to the 12 month term. All in all a hassle free investment.

Highly recommend working with Kris. Excellent communication throughout and a genuine good guy to do business with.

We kept talking for several months and he also added me to his investor deals WhatsApp group, and he sourced a fantastic starter property for me at almost 35% BMV.
