Job after job Kris allows me to carry out work knowing everything being done is being done correctly and with the end goal in mind, that is a quality refurb! I never have any issues with getting payment for the works being completed and can definitely say to any future investors that are looking to work with him that your money is in honest and trustworthy hands! Expat Based Abroad - Wanting to Get Into Property!

I met Kris through Linkedin following his recent work..... I was looking to get into the property game but didn't really know where to start. Had a deal agreed with Kris and due to the lender later down-valuing the property the deal fell through. This was after we had paid all fees to Kris. Kris was extremely helpful, trustworthy and genuine throughout the whole process and refunded every penny even though the deal falling through was no fault of his own.
