I received a call from Kelly Williams today with respect to my complaints regarding the overflow of water in my toilet and kitchen pipes. Her approach and response to our talks were extremely professional and encouraging. Though I informed her eventually that tyre water isdue has been resolved by Welsh water company as thr issue agfted not just my house but other neibouring houses within and around my house location. As a landlord I have used Darlows for a number of years and found that Joanne Davies who handled my properties was excellent and very efficient, I am sad to see her leaving the company and wish her all the best.

Excellent customer service. Luke and the team went above and beyond, they were so helpful and approachable. The advice they gave regarding a tenancy dispute was second to none and they found us new tenants within days. Could not recommend enough, we will definitely use them again when needed.

Hollie was superb! Easy to approach and communicate with. Nothing was too much problem.

Would have given 5 stars but whilst Hollie was on leave the colleague was the least helpful person I have com across. Delayed the moving in date because he failed to follow through and was unable to answer my simple queries

Will only work with Hollie again she is excellent.

I rang Darlows last week regarding a rental property and had the pleasure of Martins help. He was very professional, friendly and helpful and resolved my issue with a great outcome.

Good communication, prompt response

Joe Bartlett from the Cardiff branch was absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help me in my time of crisis and handled a really stressful situation in a calm and professional manner. I am so grateful for his help and for supporting me to get the outcome I needed. Joe also called me back after dealing with the end of tenancy situation with additional supporting information for my financial situation. Thanks Joe, you really were so helpful and I'm so grateful.

I have been looking to buy a second home and have seen two properties with Darlows. Jada, has been so supportive in this process. She has shown complete professionalism and patience with myself. Jada has been excellent from the start of the selling process. Constant feedback on viewings. Very efficient, friendly and lovely to deal with.

Just had routine visit from Joe Bartlett Albany rd Darlows he noted some minor issues at property I feel confident he’ll will help resolve them, Joe was very professional and easy to talk to and made the visit non awkward 😁

AVOID IF YOU CAN!!
Contacted via Rightmove to make 2 property sales viewings with Albany Road Cardiff branch. Two apartments in the same block both confusingly listed in different ways on Rightmove with different addresses.!

Both myself and my partner took time off work to meet the sales agent . Nobody turned up from Darlows for either viewing.. …

Contacted Darlows’s office but put through to emergency number overflow I was told there was no record of the bookings even though I was addressed by name. And there was no facility to contact anybody by mobile phone.

Finally managed to get through to the Albany Road office who said there’s been some kind of mix up and they would try to get someone out Asap to show two properties …

We couldn’t waste any more time waiting .

Darlows Estate agents in merthyr have been very quick in responding to my emails Hollie Langmead is currertly dealing with our property enquiries has been very pleasant and professional. Looking forward to working with you further.

Roughly 7 weeks ago, I was curious about selling my home so entered my details on GetAgent.com, a comparison site.

During this, I specifically asked not to be contacted by any of the listed agents, of which there were several. All of these agents listened, except Darlows.

I would estimate that in the past 7 weeks, Darlows has tried contacting me in excess of 25 times, even though I’ve already informed them that I’m not interested.

I’ve had to block their number but despite this, they’re still attempting to call me several times a week and leaving voicemails about my “recent enquiry”, which isn’t too recent after 7 weeks.

A few thoughts:
- Is the immediate direct to voicemail not obvious that I’ve blocked your number? Since blocking, you’ve called well over 15 times and left the same annoying voicemail
- Do you think aggressively pursuing leads makes me want to sell with you?
- Why don’t you have a limit on how many times you purse a lead?
- Why are you still calling even though I’ve spoken to a member of your Rumney branch to say I’m not interested?
- How come no other estate agent contacted me but Darlow did? I did not consent for my data to be passed on.

I emailed your Rumney branch on September 24th asking that this issue be resolved. Of course, no response was received and several calls are still being made to me.

Please remove my details from your database and stop harassing me with phone calls.

I’d further recommend that you review your overly aggressive tactic of spamming leads with calls when they’re quite clearly avoiding you.

Am so glad with the way Lauren Kierle attended to my request very quick. She is such a wonderful person.
My leak tap was resolved within few days after I spoke with her.
Customer care is top notch👌
