I ordered glasses on 4/21. It’s now 5/12 and they state they are still in production. Customer Service says a stylist sent an email requesting a picture of me wearing frames. There was no email though. I can’t tell if I’ve fallen into a fraudulent website or if this is normal. The glasses were super expensive and I would expect a quicker turnaround. This seems phishy. Just now reading reviews about the company. Should have done that first. I hope I get my glasses soon. Hanging onto a prayer.

Online only presence for purchase of high quality frames - the frames themselves appear to be good quality and shipping for home try on is fast. That is the good.

The bad: The website says they will file an out of network claim with listed providers. This played a role in my selection of their business. After picking out frames, I was told that no, they do not provide this service and I will have to do it myself. I was also told they are in the process of updating their website. It's been three weeks and I still see that they are falsely claiming that they will file the claim for you on their website.

They also advertise that you will have your glasses within two weeks. This was the timeframe I was given. It's been over three weeks and they haven't even started on production of the lenses.

Multiple inquiries about the status of my 400 dollar order to customer service go unanswered. Currently weighing if I should cut my losses and cancel the order to go with a local optician given that the company seems to care very little about service and integrity after capturing your money.

Great quality frames and I love the color! Very helpful staff and you can tell they are very interested in their clients satisfaction. Great company!

Great glasses and great customer service! They were able to replace my frame under warranty after a small crack formed around a screw.

Customer service was great. I needed to return my glasses (progressive lenses did not work for me) and they made it very easy. Loved the frames!

Customer service is horrible! I've been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now.

I appreciate being able to try on frames before buying them. I have a very small face and finding frames that fit without looking like they belong on a 9 year old is quite difficult. I was able to find frames that work and received the glasses in a timely manner. They fit great and I can see much better now!

Outstanding speed from order to delivery. Glasses were exactly as shown. Fit was just a bit off, nothing I couldn’t adjust on my own though. Overall, tremendously satisfied, this is my second pair of Kind’s. I regularly get compliments on the glasses.
