I have four pairs of David Kind glasses. I love them! I have had nothing but positive experiences each time I ordered a try on box and ordered my glasses. I definitely would and do recommend them to friends and family.

Easy to deal with, responsive to emails, nice glasses - this is my second pair. I thought I knew which frames I wanted, but actually ended up going with one of the pairs suggested by the stylist. (For the home try-on, you choose three pairs and the stylist chooses three others.) So that's a nice feature of the experience overall.

I was reluctant buying frames and ordering lense via the Internet and mail. However, your response time to questions is very timely. The overall quality of the glasses and fit is exceptional! The best frames I have ever had. The Wexler was titanium light and Japanese quality which is ideal for my high index Perscription. Very pleased with the frame and final glasses. Customer service was quick, kind, considerate and professional and quickly solved a fitting issue. Chat response is one of the best in the industry. I highly recommend David Kind!

I don't remember how many years I've had my first pair of glasses from David Kind. Five years ago, I sent them back for refreshing and new lenses. They're still perfectly functional, just a little worn around the temples. My prescription recently changed, and I'm happily wearing another pair (same style) from David Kind. Also have single vision computer glasses from DK that are wonderful. Thank you, David Kind!

This is is my second set of glasses I ordered from David Kind, and second pair of sunglasses clip ons I bought. I’ve been happy with the quality of the product and customer service.

The sunglass clip ons are stylish and beautifully made with quality material. This also applies to the frames and lens, which I find to be superior to what I would get at the eye doctor. I see with more “crispness” and theres little fishbowl distortion like with most lens (you may not notice the difference until you try on these lens).

From the packaging to communication, positive experience and highly recommend. If you’re hesitant about buying glasses online, David Kind leverages smart measurement (using a selfie photo of the frame of choice) to ensure the lens measurement and centering is good. My optometrists measured the lens centering against his own measurement, and it was off just by 1mm - which is pretty good and on point!!

I appreciate that David Kind has a selection of adult frames for petite faces -- thank you! In addition, I have a really strong prescription and usually need to have lenses remade once or twice when I get new eyeglasses, but David Kind got the lenses perfect the first time. I am so thankful and so happy with my purchase!

A bit disappointed. Sent my frames in for a refurbishment. Turn around time was about 2-weeks, which was expected. However, when I received my frames they weren't polished and buffed as I expected. Crucially, the left temple arm was cracked, which it wasn't before I sent them in. Michelle and the David/Kind crew were helpful in getting a new shipping label sent and the frames were sent back for polishing and a new temple arm (still waiting on them at the moment). Customer service was great and really responsive. However, for the price of the refurbishment, I was disappointed in the apparent lack of care in the failure to clean the frames and the broken temple. I love both pairs of David/Kind frames that I own, however the luster of the experience has been reduced a bit.
