I am not the easiest customer to deal with but Sami went out of her way to ensure that I got the best set of eyeglasses. I am very impressed with the quality of David Kind frames.

Excellent quality glasses with good customer service

Pros: The frames are lovely, the selection is great, and the customer service is very attentive.
Cons: The website highlights base prices, but there are substantial upcharges (e.g., $80-150 for upgraded lenses, $125 for progressives) listed on the checkout screen.

Awesome service! Great glasses!

Very easy try-at-home service. Sami choose good additional frames for me to try, including the one I ended up buying! They were also able to make a slight adjustment to help the fit when I ended up buying. I was able to use my FSA account and get a detailed invoice for insurance immediately. Everything from start to finish was really seamless. David Kind has a fantastic line of frames (I'm already considering a second pair) but I also appreciate that the choice is manageable. At the moment I have to shop from home, but honestly, I think I will do the same in future – it's so much more enjoyable and easier to make a decision when you're choosing between a handful of good choices.

Excellent quality frames and lenses. Frames fit comfortably without adjustment needed. Lenses don’t seem to scratch —not sure how that was done. Slightly slow turn/around between order and delivery is the only deficit.

Great glasses
This was my first experience choosing glasses from David Kind and ordering them online too. From the initial ordering of the try-on pairs to getting my final prescription, my experience was great. Their customer service is quick to respond. Most importantly, I am so happy to find frames that fit smaller faces. Thank you for offering multiple options and color choices.

Can’t tell you how amazed I was on the quality of the glasses and lenses. I have been using high index lenses my adult life but these lens were thinner with a more uniform and overall better quality coating. Seems to have less refraction around the edges and less of a coke bottle look than my old lens; probably why they are only ones I could find that offers 1 yr warranty on lens. The frames are glorious. Subtle filgram along on the metal arms with an acrylic frame thats polished so well it reflects the faintest of light in the darkest of settings. Then there’s the customer service. Can’t praise Sami (my optician) enough. Responded promptly even during the holidays. Was very nervous about ordering rx glasses online but she made the process seamless. My wife said she is done with poor quality frames and lens after she first saw mine. She will be ordering her next glasses from David Kind.

Great customer service, and the glasses are exactly what I was hoping they’d be: comfortable, stylish, and, best of all, provide me with clear vision.

I’ve never been so happy with a pair of glasses, and the process was great from start to finish. I needed a new pair of glasses and didn’t want to go shopping in a store because of COVID. The home try-on process was easy, and the stylist answered my questions promptly and was very helpful. They even billed my insurance for me and I ended up getting back more than I thought I would. The glasses are beautiful, well-made, and fit my face perfectly.

My year long search for new glasses has finally come to an end! I LOVE this company. I was happy to pay the fee (which is refundable when you buy) to get a chance to try them on at home during the pandemic. I was extremely happy to find such high quality frames with so many options. I like that there is a picture of the glasses on models so I can tell how big they are. The contact person was very helpful and accommodating.

This company is great. They were very responsive and were very easy to work with. It was so nice to get the frames in the mail to try on. I received them quickly and then my order came in a couple of weeks. It was nice to have a choice of petite frames to choose from.
