I LOVE the personalized experience w/ DK. My designer was so hopeful and the company offers a variety of options. I have worn the same styled glasses for 5+ years (and yes, I've bought new glasses, they just look practically the same). I comfortably expanded my horizons with the easy try-on process.

Bonus points: their factory and production details are listed online

High quality handmade eyewear, accurate prescription and excellent customer service. I would purchase from David Kind again and would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Admittedly it took some time for my order (I have a tough prescription) but the sheer quality of the frames and lenses have been worth it. I've only had my glasses for a few weeks now but I absolutely love them. They fit my face almost perfectly and I've never had frames that feel this well constructed. I'm quite impressed. My only real complaint is that I wish they had more color options for guys.

A little slow on the communication and shipping, but otherwise excellent.

Very high quality glasses. Accurate lenses and terrific build quality. I wish they had some wider lenses to fit my big ol head, but these aren't bad.

I'm happy with the stylist role as well, I ended up picking a pair that I would've never chosen for my home try on, so props to her.

Quick, easy, and painless. I have terrible eyesight, so finding high-quality frames and lenses has always been my highest priority. I received my glasses in the mail, and they are perfect. I'm very happy.

This is my third pair of David Kinds and I've never had anything less than stellar results. I love the refurbishment program too, because most of my issues with my glasses are just user error and my lenses getting scratched because the frames are so high quality I think they may last forever!

Sami in the customer service team was terrific at keeping me updated on the progress for my order and my refurb, and I'm looking forward to ordering my fourth pair when my style changes (and not because I have to, because again these things are INDESTRUCTIBLE!)

The entire process was super easy. I love my new glasses, they are well-made and the fit is super comfortable. I think these are the best-fitting glasses I've ever had, and that's after 20+ years of buying glasses. I will definitely order from David Kind in the future and recommend to friends.

My stylist was very helpful and my glasses (considering the craftsmanship) arrived in perfect condition.

-After seeing the website and reading the positive reviews, I thought that I might get a pair of glasses, and I was not disappointed. I am very happy with my new pair of progressive, transitions glasses! I have a complicated and strong prescription, so when I received them, I was delighted that the lenses were not only perfect, but also the sidepieces fit on my ears.
-Anyone who buys progressive, transitions in 1.74 lenses, knows how expensive they are. These are very reasonably priced when compared to my eye doctor.
-I emailed with the stylist several times and she was always quick to reply. She was helpful in assisting me choose frames and in answering my questions. Great personal service!
-The frames are sturdy and high quality. It would be nice to see a slightly more feminine touch, and more choices in the women's frames.
-I am really glad that I chose these glasses, and would buy glasses again from David Kind.

Loved the entire experience and the end product is over-the-top awesome.

Nice frame. There is an area on the edge of the lens that is roughly cut and not polished to be smooth. I was also dissatisfied with the long processing time (3 weeks for mine to ship, so in total 3+ weeks to receive the new pair)

I wish I could give a better review but it took a long time for me to receive my glasses and the team did not proactively communicate with me regarding any of the delays:

I ordered my glasses on 05/25/20
I was informed it would take 7-10 working days (after I asked via email).
After 12 working days I followed up and it took 2 days for them to get back to me and inform me 'they are going through final tomorrow' (it was 6/9/20).
On 6/12 I still had not received a shipping confirmation so followed up again and only then was informed 'glasses didn't pass final'.
I did not get my glasses until 6/17.

I informed the customer care team that they should have been proactively informing me of delays in my order instead of me needing to follow up with them constantly. It was a really disappointing experience as these glasses are not inexpensive so I was expecting a really high end experience end to end, however, it was really subpar. While I love my glasses I will not order here again as I do not trust this company to be able to provide timely delivery or even base line acceptable costumer service.

Best pair of glasses that I have bought! The lenses were very clear, crisp, and precise. Also, the optician was very helpful and did a fantastic job of picking out eyeglass frames. When I got the glasses in the mail, they fit perfectly and David Kind got my prescription correct.

Great experience! I wish there were a few more frame selections, but the process was easy and well done.

I really appreciated the personal service that Sami provided during the process. The website with virtual try-on is easy to use and convenient and the home try-on sealed the deal. My new glasses arrived looking as great as I expected. I appreciate their quality and I’ll be a repeat customer.
