I called Radius Velocity yesterday regarding a service charge fee after a failed direct debit. Cian was of great help; he pleaded my case with the manager, and the penalty was reversed as a goodwill gesture. Cian also explained the other deductions and mailed the invoices for the same. He also advised me to keep track of my activity through the online account. That said, in most cases, the missed direct debits are not by design. If the client makes an effort to settle the payment through the provided link, adding a penalty is a bit harsh.

I had a problem with my fuel card and needed a replacement card for my wife. Also, I was unable to change my password on the App. This morning, I spoke to Daniel Owen, who, within minutes, sorted out my problems. I found Daniel to be very friendly, polite, and professional. He was very personable and made me feel at ease. I found him to be very knowledgeable and soon had my problems sorted.He is a credit to your company.

Missed one payment (€130), was paid straight away again. €80 FEE !!!!! Make sure read the fine print. Another thing is over you pass over your number you’ll be plagued with phone calls trying to sell you other contracts and items! STAY CLEAR
